I had ordered so many pumps in search of shoe that would fit my grumpy feet. The two were these and the Naturalizer Whitney both size 9 in a width EE (double wide). Tggee Naturalizers won hands down, due to comfort & style. These were not wide enough and had way too much slippage. In everyday shoes and sneakers I wear a 9 1/2 wide. I am not the only who has had great difficulties finding a pump to fit properly. These companies are not fitting women's feet properly. They should when they are costing $100.00 and up.

I wanted these shoes to work so badly, but as others have posted, I nearly slipped out of them when I tried walking in them. I'm a true size US 7 (EU 37) and these felt way too big (see picture). I'm going to try two sizes down to see if they work. With this order, I also ordered the following brands in size 7 and had no issues: bernie mev, Walking Cradles, and Bella Vita.

Wow, people were not kidding about slipping out of the heel! I tried a size smaller than my usual size and still it was no better. I also found the memory foam bed to not be helpful but to be fair I have a high arch.

I could wear these right out of the box. Very comfy and great look

These shoes would be perfect if they weren't too big in the heels. They are stylish, comfortable, and the perfect height for me. Unfortunately they slip off my feet when I'm walking so I have to return them. I hope they work out for someone else, because they are so cute and comfortable and versatile.

When I first tried them on, they were just right width wise. Length wise, they were too long. I had to stick heel cushions in them. I wore them 2 days ago for the first time to a job interview. It was awful. My feet kept slipping out of both shoes, especially the left which is smaller than my right foot. By the time I got home, my feet were killing me from contracting my foot muscles to keep myself in the shoes. I added metatarsal pads to both of them for an interview today. Better but my feet still hurt from Monday. Oh, and I've had to wear thick dress socks since thinner ones made my feet falling right out. These shoes are 10EE. I had tried on 10E in a store and they were too narrow. Not sure how these shoes got wider, which is what I needed, but also longer. Tgese are the most expensive shoes I've ever bought in my life ($90). I'm not a shoe person, but I needed them to wear to job interviews. I just hope my foot cramps calm down before I have to wear them again.

I love these!! I'm a very tall person (5'10) and I've loathed high heels for a big portion of my life because: 1. I'm already tall and that doesn't make them more comfortable and 2. I'm a size 11, wide width with a high arch, so basically finding pretty, comfy shoes that actually fit me (even if they ARE my size) are impossible to find. These shoes are AMAZING. I can't help but gush about these because: they fit me perfectly, the heel is a good height for me and not to mention for going to work or work interviews or events, they are actually comfortable (apart from the glorious cushioning, because of the way they are shaped and designed and fit my feet, they are ACTUALLY comfy for me to wear even for long hours), they're leather so not only does that add to everyday usage comfort it also means they're very durable and won't fall apart from humidity, they have pretty good arch support because of the cushioning but because its cushioning this will adapt to the arch type that you have AND they look really good! I purchased the Black River ones in October and every time I've needed them they have fulfilled their part so gosh darn well. If you're considering these shoes as: - casual everyday comfy but high heel shoes, buy them. - mandatory high heels for work (ridiculous but whatcha gonna do), buy them. - or if you want to use heels to work, hella buy them. - for events of *any* kind, buy them (long hours are okay in these shoes). Take it from me. They will help you and your feet in ANY situation.

Great work shoes - professional appearance and can go all day. The heel had some slippage, so I used inserts and resolved the issue quickly.

Gorgeous patent leather, but just a tad tight for my toe and I know my heel will slip out if I get a half size up. They look very classy, I just need them to be more comfortable! They also felt like they tilted my ankles inward.

Sadly, these were not the magical, pillow-soft shoes I was hoping for. But to be fair, I don’t know that any decent-looking dress shoe would be comfortable on feet with plantar fasciitis and arthritis. Because I couldn’t wear my New Balance athletic shoes to a wedding I took a chance on these. They were okay for about half the night but then I started looking for places to sit. As for the style of the shoe, they looked a little more matronly than I would have liked, but I’m 57 so who am I trying to fool?

The wide were a little too wide for my heels, but were a perfect in the toe box. I got some padded heel grippers and now they fit fine. Very comfortable. Can’t wait to get into the office so I can wear them. I like the style too- I got the dark grey, and the metallic sheen bits add a little bit of interest without going overboard.

I really REALLY wanted these to work, but they were a little too tight in the toe box and I went up half a size. Very nice and basic which is what I wanted, but they did not work. I tried 2 different colors in the same style and neither one was just right. In addition, the shoe did not have enough arch support, so I regretfully need to return them. I normally wear a 10.5 WW, but these were an 11 WW and it still didn't help my big feet.

If these had fit I would have given them 5 stars across the board. Great looking professional style pump. Looks good on my big feet. :) I just bought too small a size. I had tried the 11 (my usual) but they were too big and this 10 too small. :(

I normally wear a 7 and purchased a 7. My feet still pushed forward causing a gap in my heel. After walking in them for about 10 minutes they begin to feel a bit more comfortable. It’s true, your heel will slip out and there is a gap in the back of the heel the more I walk. I guess to resolve the gap and heel slipping out is to order a 1/2 smaller size but then you run the risk of your toes hurting. I think it’s a gawky shoe, and not slender looking. I think the reason for that is because the bottom sole can be seen from the sides and front of the shoes. But over all it’s a cute shoe and I’ll keep it, also I’ll continue to look for a slender 2in comfortable block pump

I bought a size 7.5 W but it kept slipping off my feet and it honestly felt a half size bigger. So I went ahead and bought a size 7 W and it solved the slipping problem but the toe box was now too narrow that it hurt my feet to walk. If I had more time, I probably would have opted for a six 7 WW, but I needed the shoes immediately, so I bought Dr. Scholl’s ball of foot cushion for high heels and it solved the slipping problem. I needed to pads to make it fit snuggly. The shoes are extremely comfortable, moreso than any other high heeled shoe I have tried.

I should have read the reviews! I too have am an 11 that’s too small for the size 11 shoe, but it appears we all need the nonexistent size 10.5. Too bad because these look like they would be cute with my work dress.

I am a 7.5. I am only an 8 in a tie shoe or a t-strap because my heel comes out. The 7.5 was uncomfortably short. The 8 felt comfortable but as soon as I walked, my feet slipped out. They are sophisticated without being fussy, gorgeous and comfortable for me, even though I have peripheral neuropathy. I can't say how comfortable they would be in the heel if the 8 had fit correctly. I wish they fit me!

The shoe was very comfortable, but kept slipping off my heel.

It is a super comfortable shoe, but within two hours of putting it on, it seemed to stretch out so much that it was flopping off my foot. I am sorry that I wore them around town before discovering this fact. Can't return :(

Toe box is too narrow, and hurt my toes

This is a well-made real leather shoe. It is comfortable and would be a good staple in anyone's closet. It ran a little long and had too much room at back of shoe. Sadly, the next size down was not in stock. I suggest sizing down by half a size.

They fit perfect and were so comfortable. I had recently had foot surgery and had to dress up for a wedding. They were perfect. A bit "mature" looking, but got the heel and patten leather I was looking for. I don't think anyone was looking at my feet (but they would have if I was limping or wearing tennis shoes!!). Dressy comfort is my new thing.

Love the shoes! Nice quality & attractive. Have to return because they do not fit; otherwise, I would definitely keep them.

These are beautiful dressy heels. They are comfortable, not too high, and look great with a dress. Unfortunately I seem to be at an age where I can't even a moderate heel without my back getting tight. Really liked them, but wasn't meant to be.
