Oh my gosh, if you are considering the purchase of these shoes, I urge you to go for it. Sooooo comfy. I feel like I am wearing my house slippers to work. In addition, Zappos is in surpassed in quick shipping, great packaging, and customer service. Thank you Earth Shoes and Zappos, you rock.

These are so cute on! Even better than pictured. I have small ankles and these fit well without chafing at the ankle and don't make me look like my ankles are swimming in the boot. Really comfortable, too. Looking forward to wearing them as the weather cools off. I also love the way Earth has a some padding and a bit of arch support. Will wear these for work and for play.

I bought these shoes for work, since some client's houses I go to requires I take my shoes off, then I have to slip the shoes on before I leave. It's difficult to tie shoes when you're hands are full. These shoes are super easy to get on and off, you can step into them and be out the door -- they stay on even without zipping up the side, which makes it great for heading out of a client's home. They look wonderful in person, and are very comfortable.

This is the best pair of shoes I have bought in a long time. They are comfortable and stylish. I bought the black ones in 9.5 M. The one feature they have that is hard to find is good arch support. These have very good arch support and a cushioned foot bed. I plan to buy another pair since they are so uniquely perfect. I usually have to find shoes with removable foot beds so I can insert my custom foot bed. This will not be necessary for these shoes. My biggest complaint about most shoes is that they have no or little arch support, which causes harm to your foot over time, and as you get older you'll pay the price.

Super cute, super comfy. Easy on/off with the side zipper. Fit is fantastic. Sole if rubberized so its non-skid. My complaint - they have a "distressed" look - which I like but after just a few days the color really started to come off. They started out brown, but after a few days the lower third was more like taupe. Brown shoe polish turned the taupe almost reddish. So - if you are looking for comfort - these are great - but not so stylish.

I love these booties and I am very pleased with my purchase! I have average width feet, and the toe box is just right so my feet don't feel pinched, nor do they feel like they're going to come off my feet. The quality is great, and they are soft and flexible, but sturdy. I just might have to buy these in black, too.

My heel is too narrow to keep me in these boots. I loved everything else about them.

I initially got this in black as the taupe I wanted was out. It looked like a prior return and when I put them on I knew why: the arch on the right was very far back, hitting me half way at the arch and on my heel. BUT. My left foot was singing happy songs. I returned them immediately and then the taupe came back. Again, my left foot hardly knows it has a shoe on it is so comfortable. The right arch is much better placed but very high and firm. I love them so much that I kept them. As I expected that right side is starting to soften with use. They are amazingly comfortable and if you like firm arch support they are great. The zipper is right at mid arch which I like as it feels snug there. Now the color. I LOVE the taupe but I can't tell you what color it is. It's a grayish brown swirly mix of watercolors. Goes with everything.

Great booties! So comfy, I feel so lucky I got em before they sold out. I am normally between sizes and these I took in 7.5.

I love this boot! A little tight getting them on. Felt like Cinderella's stepsister trying to get my foot in them, but once I got them on...right out of the box, wore them the whole day with a lot of walking and they felt terrific. Most comfortable boot I have had in a long time. Very satisfied with this purchase.

Fits great. Padding around the top so it doesn’t rub my ankle. I just wish I knew how to protect them from scuffs. Very happy overall.

I love these boots but my foot is just a bit too wide for them :( very comfortable standing on the footbed, and they are very sharp looking-

Got the 9.5- my usual size. Was worried the width wouldn’t work as I wear a wide shoe. These fit easily and no struggle getting them on. Super cute.

I had no idea how comfortable these shoes are! They fit perfectly (true to size).

The size and fit of this boot are great. I was able to get a 7.5 and have it fit my foot without pinching my toes or my big toe hitting the top on the inside. The material is very nice, the picture online clearly represents the color and texture. The boot looks great with all pants styles. It looks good with skinny leg jeans inside or out. It is low enough that my jeans don't interfere with the top of the boot much. I wore them all day with lots of standing and walking and my feet felt good. I bought the black ones and am considering purchasing the brown also.

These are GREAT! I usually have to wear "sensible" looking shoes because of foot discomfort problems. These are stylish and extremely comfortable. Most of the time I wear 9.5 but had to get a 9 for these boots and there is plenty of room. 8.5 would be too small, I am sure. VERY pleased!!!

Footbed and material around the ankle is very comfortable. However, the arch support is very high. I happen to have very high arches, but do not require support, and I found the raised support padding be uncomfortable. The style was also too plain, for me. I was looking for something that would transition into something slightly more dressy in a pinch and these do not do that.

These boots are great. I was prepared to be picky--this is the second pair of black ankle boots I was trying to replace a different pair that finally died after several years--but these were comfortable and easy to walk in. No break-in period needed at all.

These shoes are great for days I have to spend walking in the factory. They are comfortable right out of the box. I'm able to wear these without my arch supports and not cause my plantar fasciitis to flare up.
