These boots are very cute. I love the distressed taupe color and the cute button and zipper styling. The height of the boot is perfect on my ankle, and can be worn with jeans or a skirt. Unfortunately the arch support is very high (as other reviewers have reported) and it hit my foot closer to my heel than the my arch. I really wanted to keep these boots, but I must return

Cute, cute boots, but the arch is so high that I couldn't see myself wearing them for more than an hour or two. Unfortunately, I have to return them.

size 9 is MUCH wider and longer than the 8.5, but the arch support is n the right place for my feet The 8.5 arch was too high and uncomfortable. Bummed, these are great looking boots.

Cute and casual exactly as I wanted but unfortunately the arch support was too intense and actually left my foot in pain after minimal walking. I ended up returning them, but if you want a lot of arch support these will be great for you.

Love the style with the button detain and ruched front. I have high arches, but these are made for girls with REALLY high arches. The instep felt like it had a hard hump and if it had lined up with MY foot better I would be keeping them.

Super comfortable in every way but one--the arch. I have fairly high arches, but my feet are sensitive to pressure. The arch support in these is just too much, it felt like a rock to me. If you need a lot of arch support and can handle the pressure on your foot, you should try these.

These are extremely comfortable and have a cool look. I? wish I? could justify keeping them but I? went with another shoe that came up over my ankles a little more.

I loved the style of the shoes and they looked great with my jeans, not too flashy and not too casual but had a kind of edge. I kept them a week hoping I could overlook the arch but ended up returning them. There is a very hard, big arch that just didn't feel comfortable for me. Back to the drawing board.

Very nice looking bootie. The fit was as marked but didn't allow a little extra for my bunion. The arch is like a small pillow cushion, but felt odd to me. Can only describe it like a pillow, but with nothing under it to support the pillow. Felt like my foot would settle off to the side very quickly. Also the lining on the bootie is textile not leather, if this is important to you. They are very cute, but, need to be returned.

These shoes are cute, but the high arch is almost painful.

I like the broken in look of these shoes....sort of a street urchin vibe. They're comfortable as far as sizing, and wide enough for medium wide foot. The color taupe is perfect. BUT, I'm sending them back. The arch is so aggressive it's painful. I have a low arch, and think these would be great if you have a high arch and need that support. The insole cushioning is substantial, which is great, but the arch just isn't a match for my foot.

The reason I am returning this shoe, is because the "leather upper" does NOT look like leather. It looks "painted to interpret a natural worn leather look". Unfortunately, the "paint-job"is lousy. Its too bad, because they feel good on my feet... sigh. Not sure what the "maker" of these shoes was trying to do, or what kind of leather they used, but unless there is actually an animal that has Naugahyde "skin", these look like Naugahyde was used to make the "leather upper"!

These shoes are amazingly comfortable but the brown shoes were a "distressed" look. Which was fine for a few days after which the brown continued to wear off making the shoes just look old and worn out. They are super comfy so I am returning the brown and trying the black

Seems a half size big. Plenty of space for socks. Good if you have wider feet. Good support.

I was so excited to try these on out of the box, but they were weird from the first second I slipped my foot in~ the arch is in the middle of the foot bed. It was sincerely odd. Now, I have a more wide foot, and my daughter's foot is narrow, so I asked her to try them on without warning her or sharing my opinion on fit. She said the same thing about the arch being in the middle of the shoe! They sure look cute but sadly, they do not fit us.

Like others have said, the art support hit me in the wrong place. But the whole shoe held a half size too small. I like the look but they gotta go. Color is more green/black than taupe or brown, which I liked.

Large gap around ankle. Toes were skuffed looks like they'd been worn. High arch, may have settled down after wearing.

These are cute shoes and I wished that they fit, but the arch is awkward and it was very uncomfortable to walk in. I will have to return these cute shoes.

Loved the style of this boot. The fit was comfortable for my narrow feet except in the heel. The heel runs wide. Sorry to return them.

They fit but walking in them hurt my left difficult foot. The boot goes up a little in the front, enough to bother the ball of my foot and my big toe. It looks a little fake and clunky for my petite frame

These looked great, but the arch was prominent and in the wrong spot for my foot.

Unfortunately the arch is way too high for me- very uncomfortable. The boot is really high quality and cute-so it's too bad. Will be returning.
