This is a nice looking shoe, it was not comfortable. I wore them to work for a day, the end of the day the bottom of my feet hurt, made me feel as if I was walking on the floor w/o shoes, it felt hard, no cushion. The other thing was the left shoe fit as it was suppose to, but the right felt overall bigger. I first tried them at the end of the day when I had already been on my feet most of the day, deciding that I should wait until the next day when I am ready to start my day…..No difference. I am very disappointed because I have always purchased Columbia shoes/boots, 10-12 yrs ago and loved them. these are a bit of a disappointment . I recently purchased a winter boot made by Columbia and found the same issue with the hardness of the shoe. I ended up putting another sole insert in the boot to give a little cushion to the foot bed. That did help. That being said, you should not have to augment a brand new pair of shoes.

I liked the shoe, and liked the price, but I couldn't find a size that would fit. So I can't speak to the arch support. It was way too short, so I took out the insole & replaced with my superfeet insert. My foot fit in it then, but it still felt like it would be better if I had no toes. Other reviews said they needed a bigger size. I tried several bigger sizes, it felt short and the toes were too cramped. I had to go with a more expensive shoe, Merrill Alverstone, but they fit and feel good, and run true to size. I'm a dog walker, and needed a good, comfortable, waterproof shoe, and these from Columbia weren't it for me.

I was very impressed with how light-weight the shoes were and how comfortable they were right out of the box. They are a great hiking shoe or just walking in inclement weather. I would definitely buy again.

Great shoes. Fit true to size for me with room for thicker socks. More substantial than a sneaker.

As it seems with all waterproof shoes, they run narrow. Had to buy the wide.

Most reviewers recommend going up a half size. I have a very narrow foot so I took a chance with my regular size 10. It worked perfectly and the B width worked fine on my narrow heel because I wear the sneaks with socks. The were comfortable right out of the box and I've been wearing them for walks. They should be great in the rainy Pacific North West. Just what I was looking for.

I tried this shoes and from the first I gave on them, I felt so comfortable. I already tried them in a muddy and rainy hike and they were my best allies! Highly recommend

I usually wear 7.5 and ordered 7.5. They are a good quality shoe, but for my narrow foot, they are a bit roomy in the toe box area. I'm still keeping them. Went on a day hike and overall, great. I may just put a shoe insert in them to help with the sizing. I think size 7 would be too small.

I liked these--the color (gray with light blue accents), fit and tread on soles--but they're not really what I need right now . Orthopedist recommended shoes with rigid soles until a damaged capsule at the base of one toe heals. Returning them.

I loved the way this shoe looks and feels, but when i tried it on, I could tell it was at least a half size too small. so disappointed as they were my favorites of the shoes I ordered. Now I cant seem to find them in my size.

The fit on these shoes is perfect. They are very comfortable and totally waterproof! I wear them daily when I take my dog on his morning hikes, usually 4-5 miles. My feet stay warm and dry. Excellent quality!

These were a bit too small than the usual sizing for me. They have a great look. Had I not ordered two different shoes at the same time, the other of which did fit, I would have returned for a half size larger.

I love these shoes. They are comfortable and have good support. I have difficulty finding shoes that fit due to many food surgeries and I found them comfortable on my first walk in them. They are true to size. Highly recommend.
