I was glad that the show ran on the smaller side because my right and left feet are different sizes (10 vs. 9.5), but otherwise, it feels like I’m wearing chuck Taylor’s with extra padding on top. My feet swam in the, from side, to side, too.

It is made in India, the quality is really bad. The shoes have protruding inside seams

I ordered up a size according to the comments I read and I dont think a size is enough I normally wear an 8 and a half wide and normally can order 9 wide and get away with that but no way in this shoe. A 9 wide felt like an 8 regular on my foot. I really like the shoe but Im guessing for me Id have to order at least an 9 1/2 or even 10. I just dont think the wide is wide at all. Its a real shame because a water proof shoe would have been nice.

These definitely run a full size smaller or so smaller. I wear a size 9 but in walking/hiking shoes I wear a 9.5. Ordered these in a 9.5 and could have probably used a 10.5. I'm not going to keep ordering shoes not knowing if they will fit. So returning them and will keep wearing my older shoes from Columbia that fit perfectly.

I'm a long term Columbia customer. Bought this shoe and was not happy with the small amount of padding in the tongue and heel. After several days of breaking it in and about 10 days of wearing it for walking (not hiking) the front toe guard separated from the mesh. Customer service wanted the shoes sent back at my expense.
Disappointed,

Shoes were ugly, hard and uncomfortable. I immediately asked for a return label.

When I first got these shoes I loved them, they felt very comfortable. But lately I have found that I can only wear them about 2 hours and my feet start to hurt. I have tried using different insoles and nothing helps. I have only had them a few months and have not done anything out of the ordinary or abused these shoes, I haven't even worn them every day, maybe a dozen times since I got them. I won't be buying any of this brand of shoe again.

On the advice of other reviewers I ordered this in a 10.5. I usually wear a 9.5 or 10 and my feet are wide. They were a bit stiff and bulky, but comfortable and cute, despite being so big. I wore them with orthotics and padded hiking socks and hiked about 6 miles in the Smoky Mountains with no hot spots or blisters. The reason I’m giving them 1 star is because they are in no way waterproof. I got caught in heavy rain and within 2-3 minutes, my socks were squishy. When I made it back to my car, I poured water out of them like I’ve only seen done by cartoon characters. 3 days later, they’re still nowhere near dry and I ended up cutting my trip short because of it, a major disappointment for me and my hiking companion.

These were the most uncomfortable hiking shoes I've ever worn. I was so disappointed since I looked forward to having a less bulky shoe to hike in.
