I love the color and style of these hiking boots. I am still breaking them in but they have not disappointed in comfort.

Great hiking boots! Very comfortable. Have worn them several times now and love how light they are. They do run a bit small so if you wear heavy socks, may want to go up a half size.

I bought this boot on a whim whe. We decided to go for a 4 day camping trip in a very remote location. I could not be happier that I did! At the start they were extremely comfortable, good support for both arches and ankles. Not once did they slip or hurt. We did A LOT of hiking. Two days in, we were hit with an awful storm that prevented us from getting back to our camp site with our vehicle. I decided to hike up the mountain in the pouring rain the three miles to camp, get our gear, and hike back down. When I say it was raining, I mean I was soaked to the bone despite heavy rain gear. The only thing that remained dry was my feet! Even trudging through water, my toes stayed dry. Not a single blister to be found, either. Columbia Sportswear gained a very loyal customer that night. I'll never wear anything else!

Love the looks of the boot and feel of them. They feel sturdy and supportive, though I've only worn them around the house and outside and haven't hiked in them yet.

I don't normally write reviews, but my college-aged daughter is so happy with these hiking boots that I decided to write something about them. She is going to Costa Rica for a school trip in a few weeks. They said she needs good waterproof hiking boots. I was nervous about buying these boots online without her trying them first because we can spend hours in a shoe store while she tries on shoes and leave with nothing. If she actually selects shoes at a store, she usually complains of blisters and pain when breaking in new shoes. Knowing her history with buying shoes, I still took a chance buying these. I suggested she wear them around campus to get used to them before her long hiking trips in the rain forest. She came home over Thanksgiving and said she loves them -- wears them all the time -- her favorite shoes. I'm so pleased! She has so many shoes she won't wear because they are uncomfortable. These were comfortable from day one!! They are the only pair of shoes she brought home over Thanksgiving. They are great looking, too. I'm planning to purchase myself a pair soon.

Bought one size up thanks to all the reviews here and it fits just nice. I'm a regular size 7. I've only wore the pair for short hikes so far, and I had no issues with it! I also like that the boots are somewhat lightweight. No break-in needed.

I was astonished when I received this shoe in the mail. It arrived quickly to begin with. Then, I was shocked that they are so lightweight. I have neuropathy in both feet so finding a shoe that is not cumbersome is difficult. Surprisingly these are lightweight and extremely comfortable. I can wear them all day without difficulty. For the price it is a steal.

I like a lot this shoes. I used them for our 10 days trip to Colorado and Utah parks, they were very comfortable from the start. I echo other reviews and would go up for half size.

These boots were comfortable first time out of the box. They do run small though. I normally wear a size 8 and went with a size 9 and can comfortably wear wool socks with them.

In my daily life, shoes do not last long enough, with very little use I had to throw them away, these shoes have lasted much longer and in difficult conditions. worth every penny.

Great pair of hacking shoes. Look great and feel safe. I added inserts with gel cushion and I feel I could walk comfortably for hours.

These boots just exceeded all expectations! I wore them for the first time in the mountains in heavy rain, they are completely waterproof, comfortable, I definitely recommend them!

Great tread! Great fit! Wore them in the pouring rain and my feet were the only dry thing! I have had 3 pairs of Newton Ridges and although they are a great boot, I am an avid hiker and I was wearing them down faster and faster. These seem like they can take a little bit more of a beating than the Newton Ridges. Excited about them!!

I love these boots! They are waterproof and comfortable . I did read on other reviews to go up a size which I did and the fit perfectly.

Excellent Hiking Boot that really supports the ankle & is comfortable too without rubbing anywhere! Wear a medium thickness sock. I did a very hard hike up a bunch of steps that were steep and some steep terrain and these hiking boots were really sturdy even in mud they held their grip I was impressed with them and I'm glad I purchased them.

These boots are made very well and the fit and comfort is great! They do run small. I normally wear 5, ordered 5.5 and they fit perfect.

Great comfy shoes! They have pretty thick soles and i havent had to break them in at all they are so comfy. They do run a little big, i should have gone down a half a size but other than that they are extreamy comftorble and seem like they will be very durable.
