Absolutely the best Brand I have bought.and great value for money ! So comfortable and great to wear when out walking or hiking

I only recently received this product so this is based on my first impressions. The Crestwood is well made and it upper part looks like a traditional sneaker. The outer sole is quite thick and is made of strong material, its tread is moderately aggressive, so the shoe can be used as a hiker and for casual wear. You will want to insert your own favorite insoles, the ones my pair came with were flimsy. I ordered size 11.5 wide (US), the fit is a bit tight, but the shoes are not broken in yet, they should be better after some wear in time.

I don't usually like to buy shoes without trying them on but I took a chance on these. Very comfortable and should be a great warm weather hiker. The fit is just right on me and I like how my ankles don't rub like a lot of other low cut shoes.

I will be happy to review these shoes if I ever receive them. Ordered on 12/17, today is January 1st and tracking still says waiting carrier pickup.

I have bought several pairs of Columbia shoes including this model. All of the claims regarding this shoe have been correct. They give plenty of room in the toe area, support in the arch and are waterproof. My only complaint with Columbia with this shoe is that it must be TOO good. I ordered it twice, the order was confirmed but later, both times, Columbia notified me that they were out of stock in this shoe. I only wish the Columbia IT department had the same quality as their shoes. I'm looking forward to these shoes getting back in stock so that I can order another pair in the color that was previously out of stock. Keep making great shoes, Columbia, and get your techies up to speed with manufacturing. By the way, I highly recommend these shoes!

My new Crestwood hiking shoes are very comfortable, light weight and have excellent grip on soles.

Got these for my dad for his birthday! He loves that the logo isn't flashy. Went out for a hike yesterday and he found them to be very comfortable.

These are right out of the box and wear. No breaking in needed. My son's only shoe request. He wears a size 16. I bought 3 pairs and on sale.

Walk, hike, life and then gets demoted to garage/garden pair after a min of 6 months of fancy life. About 3 miles a day with dog walking, and every other think life brings supporting comfortable and looks good. So after 6-9 months of daily abuse they show their age and tread starts getting flat. then they move to garage/garden duty. for another 6-9 months.

Excellent hiking shoe. Comfortable with a good solid griping sole. Better than a running shoe for hiking flat and elevated trails. Go to shoe for hiking. Bought both the water proof and regular. recommend breaking them in first by waking around the house a day of two before a long hike or walk
