Customer Reviews Frye Shopper Bag

I have to return this bag because Zappos FAILED MISERABLY and false advertising because they sent me the wrong color and I haven’t get my refund yet when they already received the bag weeks ago. And customer service is so clueless and they keep transferring me with the same promise that I will get my money back. I will not buy from Zappos anytime soon just beware….

Wow, the material on this was terrible. Straight out of the box it had scratches on it. There's no way it would hold up to any sort of use without looking awful.

I have had a number of leather handbags fall apart on me recently, so decided to go with Frye because of all the great things I have heard about the quality of their leather boots. I fell in love with this bag immediately, including the burnt orange color. But then I noticed a little scuff near the handle, and realized that every time my finger nails brushed up against the bag it left a very visible mark. My nails are short and rounded, but they still left marks on the leather. This bag would look ravaged in a few days! So I am very disappointingly returning it. It might be an issue with this particular color, so I can't say that all the Frye bags have this problem.
