Too narrow even in wide widths as other reviewers pointed out. I tried going up a size from my usual (8.5W in from to 8W) and these were just so narrow through the toes. The upper was a bit too loose on my ankle, but I have relatively small heels and ankles for my foot size. The color (brown-red ones) and shape were really beautiful. This flat boot could outshine many heeled boots. Rockport, please make these in an actual wide size!!

Felt comfortable, returning and ordering half size smaller

As other reviewers have said, wide size is not actually wide. Too bad. These are so cute but they crunched my toes even in a half to full size larger.

footbed and leather wasn't as soft as I'd hopped. Seemed nice but not for my feet.

These boots are very comfortable and I like the rich brown color. They have great support.

I ordered these in 8 wide to accommodate a thicker sock. They were comfortable and stylish..but I ordered 3 different pairs and alas these were second choice, so back they go. (Love Zappos!) One of the drawbacks I can see is there is a rough material on the heel which looks like it may be difficult to keep clean. Also, I Felt these were maybe half size bigger than what an 8 usually runs.

TOO LARGE RETURTNED FOR DIFFERENT BOOTIE

THESE ARE GREAT LOOKING BOOTS BUT FELT A BIT NARROW AND NOT COMFORTABLE TO WALK IN.

Exceptionally comfortable. Style wasn't quite right for me - not sophisticated enough coming re to other booties.

Comfortable boot with good support, but stylistically it didn't work for me. Also hit right on my ankle in a weird way. Ended up returning.

Love the look and feel of the boot, however, the right foot is rubbing and bending at the toe. It doesn’t feel as wide as the left which in my opinion, qualifies as a medium. I probably will return ??. Oh well, on to another boot with maybe better luck.

I have another pair of rockports that I absolutely LOVE. So I was surprised when these didn't feel or fit luxuriously like my other pair. These are very shiny and have a lower heel profile than I expected. I was looking for a cute black bootie, and these didn't quite fit the bill.

Great looking. Heel seems higher than stated in description & wasn't comfortable in the way that cowboy boots are not comfortable.

The booties are cute in person, I really liked the styling. Color is good, very true to what you see on the website. The footbed is comfortable, but like others have mentioned, they are cut a bit short in the shaft so hits at an uncomfortable place and digs into ankle. Due to digging into ankle, I needed to return. Too bad, it just would have taken a bit more to make them a great boot.

This feels much narrower than marked. I could jam my foot in without a sock but I would never wear it that way and anyway I couldn't zip them up completely. This shoe needs more space for the top of the foot where it meets the ankle. I'm so sad I'll have to return these.
