I loved them so much I bought the first in black and then another black and brown. I run between wide and extra wide depending on the shoe. These were perfect in a wide. Extremely comfortable!

These are the most comfortable booties I have ever worn! Sure, like all leather, they are a bit stiff at first but after just a few wearings they are great. Fit true to size with just the right arch support.

I normally wear an 8, but I ordered an 8 1/2 & they fit perfect. Wore them to work (which is NOT a sit down job, & they were wonderful. Most comfortable pair of shoes I've ever worn.

I was surprised by how perfectly there booties fit. While they are not very stylish, they are incredibly comfortable.

I've already gotten compliments on the stylish low boots. I bought them for when there's a little rain or slush - not enough to put on "real" boots. The finish seems sturdy and I think will work fine for this purpose. They also look great with black tights and a skirt. These are lower than many ankle boots, as they hit right on the ankle bone. However, the boots are loose, so this isn't a problem. They are pretty comfortable, but I need a little extra cushioning for walking long distances. A Dr. Scholls insert does the trick.

This bootie looks great, but a bit too roomy of a fit. Needs to be a half size smaller.

Great pair of Rockports! The most comfortable pair of shoes I own. The arch support is fantastic. The boots look awesome.

I received these boots for Christmas last year and I love them! They have held up very well. They’re so comfortable, perfect arch support and stylish. They’re still in great condition, but one side of these scuffed a little (only nearly a year later!) so I am getting ready to order a second pair that will be my “dress up” pair and these will be my every day pair. I have never loved another pair of boots like these - definitely buy them!

I ordered the 9W and I have always been a 9M. This boot fit a bit large but from former experience I have to order W for comfort. The two zippers also make it easier to get on and take off.

These boots are beautiful. The detail on the side is really a nice accent. They seem well made. They are easy to get on and off with the 2 zippers. Size seems true. Very happy with the purchase; first time I have purchased this brand, and would buy this brand again.

This is a great boot -- I have never worn ankle boots before so as it turned out, another one I ordered, that is shorter, is better for my short legs. But this is great, looks wonderful, is good quality and fits as expected.

I love this bootie! So comfy and cute, fit just right in my normal 8.5 size. My 23 year old co-workers keep complimenting me on them, so I know it's a win! The Saddle color is not red at all as it appears in the pictures here, just a nice rich caramel brown. Very versatile and easy to wear.

Love these boots! My feet are hard to fit and I can't tolerate much heel. Wanted a boot that had some traction and a low heel but which would also look stylish, okay with skirts, and not like a snow boot. These are really pretty and I feel totally steady on my feet in these, even in slush. And they're water-resistant!

Very comfortable boots!

This shoe has beautiful soft leather. Two zippers make it easy to put on and off. Color is not as red as it appears in the photo. The heel height is great, very stable. I wear a size 7 Wide and have small ankles and heels, high instep. Unfortunately these did not fit as the length of the boot requires someone to have longer feet. I had 2 full inches from the front of my toes to the end of the boot. These would be great boots for someone with longer feet. Beautiful leather, great style that would go with anything. Hope this helps. Of course, Zappos has the best customer service, shipping, etc.

I NEEDED A SMALLER SIZE AND EXCHGED FOR THE SMALLER SIZE WHICH FIR GREAT AND THE COLOR WAS NICE. HEEL WAS JUST THE RIGHT HEIGHT

My only issue with these great looking and fitting bottie is they scuff very easily. First time I wore them I got 3 nice scuff on the toes and heels, so I had to get out shoe polish to hide them.

Pleased with these boots. I really wanted a black pair of the Clarks ankle boots I got last year because they have been wonderful- but I didn’t see that kind. These Rockports are not as comfortable, but the heel is a bit higher so.... I’ve worn them for 12 hours straight without a problem

Cute Boot, fit was a big large. I typically wear a 9M, but these were large in length and width more at the ankle and heel. Toe box area was true medium width. I tried on with normal thickness of socks, but if I put thicker boot socks on it still felt slightly loose.

I really liked these boots, unfortunately they didn't fit my feet. The leather was beautiful, the pattern around the zipper was stylish and they had a really nice arch support that you typically don't find in boots. I typically wear a size 8.5 but my feet felt sloppy in that size. I do have narrow feet and it felt like they were slipping forward into the toe box with every step and then slopping around the ankle. I then tried a size 8 and they were too crowded for my toes. I was disappointed because I really liked the way they looked and felt on my soles but they just didn't fit right.

Happy overall with this boot. I was looking for something that was dark brown and had a low heel. I have narrow feet, so I'm sliding around a bit in them. May try an insert to help.

The heel is higher than planned.
