Nice looking shoe, the black is matted not shiny but it looks subtle. I bit wider than I would like but not uncomfortable.

The smell is real. I don't know what I would call it, a strong leather or leather dye smell. There is some padding around the ankle which I didn't expect but is pretty comfortable. I have worn them around the office at work and they are overall comfortable in that environment. There is something odd about the black color. There seems to be a dark gray tint to it. Nothing a little black Kiwi can't fix. So far, I would buy again.

Nice shoe, very comfortable and somewhat nicer than the plain vanilla Clarks Chukka. However Ihad to return these. One of my feet is wider than the other and I usually size to the wider foot to avoid any pain however with these shoes I could not snug down the opposite foot enough to feel secure. I had ordered the wide width as I normally do with most shoes I haven't had the opportunity to try on. These shoes seem to run pretty wide and when I tried to tighten the shoe over the smaller foot both sides of the boot would come together at the laces preventing any further movement leaving that foot loose to move in the shoe. Probably my fault and I should have ordered the M width instead of the W but beware if you have issues similar to mine. Try the M width first and you maybe okay. Too bad for me on my first try since I like most Nunn Bush shoes

Haven't worn these yet. They came in darker than I had anticipated and it will take me a bit to get used to them. I generally use lighter colored shoes and tennis and my eyes aren't used to seeing the darker shoes on my feet. They look well made and stylish enough.

I have not tried these shoes on. They came in much darker than the picture in the ad. I have a preference for a lighter colored shoe, that's why I buy mostly white tennis. I will occasionally buy darker or color other than white, but I do not wear them. I like these shoes, but I probably won't wear them. A return is most likely.

Too big and long for size 7.

Fit and size are fine, but the smell of the insole is so bad I may have to send them back. I read about how bad the smell was before I bought them and thought it can't be that bad. It is and now a week later I still can't wear them due to the smell. If it doesn't get better after two weeks I will send them back.

Fit, especially the width was as hoped. I have a wide foot and returns are usually due to shoe not being wide enough. I agree with others that the chemical odor, probably from the memory foam is terrible. They are currently sitting outside on the porch and I still smell them when walking by after 3 days outside. If that doesn’t improve soon, I will need to return them. If the odor stops, I will keep them and enjoy wearing them.

The shoes feel smaller than a 13 M. My foot hits the front and the sides are cramped The previous Nunn Bush I ordered in the same size were wider, had no problems with length, and were very comfortable. Thesare about 2/3rds of the prize, maybe that's why, i.e. skimping on material?

Fit was long for a mens 7.

Leather was scratched on both shoes upon delivery. Will be returning. Leather appeared as if it will scratch easily.
