After 3 styles from Samsonite, I chose this style because of the sturdy telescopic handle..That is the deciding factor in making this choice..of course Samsonite products are well constructed and their hardsided carry on is my first choice

This spinner carry-on was a gift for an company owner from the management team. It's always difficult to purchase for someone who can buy whatever they want or need. He really likes the bag so, as usual, Samsonite wins again.

Well constructed and durable carry-on luggage. Luggage is spacious and has numerous packing pockets/dividers

We can't wait to see how TSA works the suitcase thru their airport workout. The color is awesome as it's easy to spot in the baggage carousel.

Even though this piece wasn't needed for the medical school journey, in the end, it will probably be the most useful piece of the set due to its great size. It will easily hold a week's set of vacation clothes. And, we wanted a full set of the amethyst color - which, in our case, included 2 large Freeform spinners.

Great size, with expansion capability, great color, and great wheels! We're really happy with this suitcase!

The amethyst color and the size of the large Freeform spinner are perfect for a young friend of ours who is leaving for medical school! The color was just what she wanted and the size of the suitcase is great - particularly with the expandable zipper! Our friend will need to pack sheets, pillows, blankets, and clothes so the extra space is imperative. Also, the placement of the wheels provides for more stability with a heavy load. This suitcase is wonderful!

Really spacious. Was able to have all the clothes on one side and the shoes on the other. Still had more room but was a 49 pounds. Is easy to go over 50 pounds with this.

This is a solid piece of luggage. I purchased this as a replacement for my previous Samsonite Tru-Frame which I loved, but someone was very careless and caused the wheels to implode into the frame. Anyway, I was almost against this model as I did not think the expandable option would hold up. It's had amazing reviews Al across different experts so I'm giving it a try. It's light weight and offers a bit more room than my previous. So farquite happy. It took over six years for the other to malfunction, but honestlyI think any bag would have been damaged by the airline luggage handlers given the severity of the damage.

Seems to be good quality. Roll well and fit a decent amount of clothes for a short trip.

Roomy and spacious, but you won't lose stuff in this suitcase! Roomy enough for my husband and I to pack for 2 for a cruise. Just test driving this around the kitchen, it glides smoothly and I don't anticipate any issues while at the airport. So far so good.

Nice luggage! I got the white/grey with lime green handles. It stands out pretty well against everyone else's stuff. The wheels are smooth. The white definitely scuffs quickly but that was expected. It fits easily in the overhead bins of a 737. I haven't had it on a smaller aircraft yet. Overall, I can't complain. I bought it during BF week so there was a bit of a discount. It's definitely worth the $ if you can wait for a deal. At regular retail prices, the value proposition drops a bit, for what it is.
