Sturdy and easy to roll. TSA lock was a little difficult to change the combination to but it is nice to have. Disappointed that even though it is labeled as an international carry-on size it is too big for Delta carry-on but they have the dimensions listed so just be sure to check what your airline restrictions are

It is lightweight. I have not used it yet. My concern is that it shows to be a carry on which is the reason I purchased it but I failed to realize it is International Travel Carry On. I hope it fits on Domestic flights. I like the color and the ease the wheels turns. I will know more after I've used it a time or two.

Light but doesn't seem to be strong and concrete enough. Overall it is worthy for the price.

The luggage looks and works great. The issue is the passcode on the smallest piece of luggage is locked with the zippers locked. When we tried putting in 000 it stays locked. We would just like to be able to unlock our smallest suitcase.

Love the luggage bag! Wish they gave directions outside of how to unlock the luggage... not inside. Had to google it.

Amazing luggage. The only reason for not giving a 5 star rating is both cases are missing pull tabs on the zippers inside the case.

I have not used this yet but I have looked at and how it was made and Im impressed with the size and design of it. Its not heavy and it is considered a carry on which makes it perfect for the weekend get away!

Luggage itself is really nice. It didn't come with instructions on how to unlock it. I had to YouTube to find out.

Let me start with the pros. The carry on is very lightweight and sturdy. When opening it you do not need to worry that it will collapse in on itself. It has straps on the inside to help secure everything. The handle raises with ease, just push the button and loft it up. I was easily able to pack a couple days worth of clothing and personal items in the case. The case glides smoothly across the floor, whether it is bare floor or carpet. It also turns on a dime. Im already packed and ready to take my first trip with it. The only cons I have is, the instructions on how to unlock it are on the inside of the case. I had to Google how to open the lock. Once you figure it out it is easy to do. They other thing is the numbers do not move easily. It can be a pain to get them to move. Neither of these would stop me from getting another one though.

Samsonite never lets me down. I have been traveling with their suitcases for years and knew this would be a pleasure as well. I love the color and even though I usually prefer soft cases I decided to change it up with a hard one this time. Due to coronavirus we aren't traveling as much but we do occasionally spend weekends by parents and this is the perfect size for that! I fill it up with all the stuff I need and love how easy it is to wheel around due to the four wheels. It's such a pleasure and I can't wait to bring it on my next flight!

I bought this for my wife about a month or two ago an she has done nothing but rave about how much she loves it and she doesn't do that very often if ever so I'm sold on this product id buy another if I traveled but its a good buy

The suitcases are great for very economical and frequent use.

Good quality, just not as good as it looks in the picture, the shell it's thinner than it seems, still very good product, the wheels work at a 10/10 as well as the handler.

The color look more darker than pictures show, the quality is good, light weight and smooth rolling.

It is satisfactory. The only thing I feel not happy is that it decreased to a lower price just a few days after I placed my order.

I own all 3 pieces in the set and love the looks, but would not recommend getting it in black or without a luggage cover. It is lightweight, and it does function well, but if you dare use this thing without a luggage cover you are in for a RUDE awakening. Ever since the first use without a cover, I have since only used covers, but even when I remove the cover and have the luggage uncovered in hotel rooms, I still manage to get scratches on them from opening it up on hotel room floors, etc. It isn't a big deal after living with the full set for over a year, but the first time it happened, I was NOT a happy camper. My recommendation: Avoid the black, and get a cover incase. It's a good looking piece of luggage!

Of all the luggage I have seen, and used, this is definitely my favorite in terms of looks. I just love the design, especially in black. I bought the entire set and I LOVE the way it looks. The down side, and only draw back was the fact that it scratches too darn easily! I lent the carry-on to my sister on one trip, and I when returned, the thing looked like it survived a war zone. As a result, I purchased covers for all 3 pieces. The bright side of having luggage covers is that it keeps the scratches down to minimal when used (except from when I take them off to access my luggage), the down side is that no one can admire the looks of the actual luggage set when rolling through an airport. So essentially, the reason I bought the luggage, the looks, is defeated because I can't show it off without risking a TON of scratches. Still one of my favorite luggage design by far, just kind of a let down that it scratches so easily. If it wasn't for the issue with scratches, I would give 5 stars. Truly speaking, this would deserve 3 stars because I have to use to luggage covers, but I love the looks too much to rate it as average. 4 stars seems fair enough to me.

Love the look and durability of this luggage! Just double check your preferred airlines' measurements to ensure the luggage is allowed as a carry-on.

The bag appears to be high-quality and includes many great features. The color "Sage Green" is not very accurate to the photo on the website. The website photo makes the luggage look much darker than in real life. I wish it had been the darker color, but it is still very nice. Writing this honest opinion to enter the #sweepstakes
