How do I set the limits lock?

I need a new carry on for long weekends, I was surprised at the amount of things I could take with me and still have room to bring a few "new" item from my trip.

LOVE IT!

Why does it say carry-on while it's 23 -inch which exceeds carry on restrictions from all airline companies?

Lightweight and beautiful. The rollers are very flexible and smooth. They just picked up scratches easily. But I can't blame them since you have no control over what is done to them as checkin bags.

I like the construction and look, but it needs more zipper pockets.

Great product, the only complaint is the handle doesn't stay in position on the lower settings.it stays for lowering but doesn't stay if you pick up on the handle. Ie pick up the suitcase to move over stairs etc

Retractable handle is a bit frail, I have to be super careful using it to tow the suit case as it will likely break eventually.

This suitcase is beautiful! Got in purple and love that it is lightweight and maneuvers easily and I can pack a weeks worth of clothing without a problem. It also zips easier than my previous Samsonsite luggage. (which was very difficult to close because of its design.) What is disappointing is that it this one scratches super easy. Has been used only once and it looks as though I've had it for years. Also, the Samsonite emblem one side of it is cracked..again, after only one use. Very disappointing.

Quite pleased with it overall. The spinner wheels make it incredibly easy to maneuver, and the interior compartments are well-designed and spacious. My only critique is that the shell could be a bit sturdier; it feels slightly softer than some other options on the market. However, this has not caused any issues thus far and I am still very happy with my purchase. Overall, I would give the Samsonite Freeform Carry-On Spinner a solid 4 stars.

Appears sturdy, great zipper & lock. No instructions come on how to reset the lock, but its not hard to figure out. Havent used it yet, but its got plenty of room. Its lacking a waterproof zippered compartment on the divider, but that wasnt a deal breaker.

Looks nice is beautiful, but gets scratched easily

Bought the Large Spinner a week ago , my son used it to an international flight .He loves it . Hopefully it will last for many years .

Good size for trips greater than 1 week. Wish there were more inside compartments.

Durable and easy to tow, expandable feature is a plus!

Great piece of luggage. Style, weight, space, cost and durability. That said, it is hard plastic so after a couple trips I can see scratches and scuffs which takes away from the style but not overwhelming.

lightweight and easy to roll around, no issues so far. About half the weight of my previous Samonite carry on that lasted many years.

I gave this set 4 stars because I would suggest to never make luggage in the color white ever again. After using this set for the first time, it makes my luggage look as though I had it for 10 years. Who in the world would buy why suitcases they asked? Me! :( But I would buy this set again, but in a different color. So smooth to use and I especially love the expanding feature.

I love the color and the look of this suitcase. But don't play with the TSA lock until you read the instructions

Seems like it is well built, rolls well, but a bit smaller than I anticipated. Would like to have it a little more expandable

One star deducted as it marks very, very easily. The finish should be different to resist scuffing and marks. It looks tatty and messy after just one flight.

This suitcase is okay. It stands up and wheels perfectly, but it isn't as thick as some of the other samsonite material, so the outside doesn't hold up as well. Light colors get scuffed easily. Would be great for road trips or light air travel. I took mine on an 10 day international trip with multiple locations and it got a little beat up.
