Simple, easy to use, lightweight, less scratches on the bottom would be a plus

Wonderful luggag

I love this suitcase as it has large capacity to store clothes and other traveling accessories. The only downside to this suitcase is the handle bar - it is weaker than I would imagined on most big suitcases.

Very nice luggage. Ample space, and compact for a large luggage! Would be inclined to buy it again if I need it. Nice design too!

Wheels well, easy to maneuver in crowded airports. Outside shell is sturdy, keeps packed fragile items inside safe. Instructions to set lock code on inside of bag - easy to figure out. Fits more inside than anticipated, thought I wouldn't have enough room but was able to pack more than I initially thought. (and I am historically a heavy-packer!) Happy with my purchase!

Works great, rolls well. Bit small comparatively, but good for short trips

Very good deal

I carry a CPAP machine and my overnight luggage comfortably in the Spinner 21'. Hitting the pavement spacers is too darn obnoxious. Try larger casters and shock absorbers or skateboard wheels
