I do not recommend- finally upgraded to a “real” yoga mat and this has zero grip! My dry clean hands slide right off of it in a simple pose like Seal. I contacted Manduka support and their solution was to “use a yoga towel over it.” Why would they make a yoga mat with no grip? Don’t waste your $$$.

Not good for any hybrid yoga class. If there’s any heat at all this thing is like a slip n slide... I threw it away.

I've used my mat a few times now. I bought it at the studio I work in. Even without sweating at the beginning of practice my hands don't stay in place. They slip out right away in down dog. Was hoping it would be better with the description of the mat.

I wanted to love this mat, but even without sweat, this mat is extremely slippery. The bubble-like textures dontnprovide any tractioncand just allowyour hands and feet to glide right over them and slide along the mat.

I have used this mat less than 10 times since I received this 2 months ago and it's already flaking! Large chunks of the mat stick to my hands and back during practice and it's not even a heated class. I have had the pro for 10 years now with zero issues other than it being slippery. I'm so disappointed as I've never had a mat fall apart this fast. The only positive to this mat is the cushion considering how light it is.
