Very upset, I returned the original pair for a bigger size. We received the bigger size, fits perfect, my daughter wore them to school the next day & noticed on the bus ride to school that there is a slit/hole in the side of the boot. Now I’m afraid that they can’t be returned/exchanged again bc they e been worn once. Not very happy.

I have been purchasing these boots for my daughters in the original style for the past 3 years. As we live in Chicago and experience very cold winters. This year my daughter didn't want the basic style, since it was a birthday gift I decided to go with the Mini Bailey Boots II. They lasted 6 weeks. Now since I didn't purchase them from ugg directly they are giving me the run around. I spent over $130 on these boots. This is ridiculous! Since in the past I haven't had issues with this brand I would continue to purchase the basic style. But buyer beware for the craftsmanship in any other style. I have buyers remorse for sure. Please do yourself a favor unless you are purchasing for an adult, stick to the original style. They have not perfected the craftsmanship for the Mini Bailey Boots in kids.
