Keep my feet warm

Purchase for my Granddaughter see loves them

I love my boots

I bought these for my daughter's birthday and the seam busted within a month. I tried to return/exchange under the one year warranty and they were returned to me saying it was "normal wear". The rest of the boot looks amazing. They're very cute, warm, otherwise loved. But if a busted seam is considered normal and not covered under warranty then I'll be spending my money elsewhere. Again, very disappointed.

I would have preferred another color, but these are the ones she picked. I do have to say they are as described. Also, the purple really pops out at you. I do love the pink on the bottoms though.

I purchased BAILEYS PINK BOOT II for my granddaughter October 21 2019 and purchased the leather care kit. (Order#25845832) She's 8yrs old & in 2nd grade: Lakewood OHIO. The front top toe area is torn and the pink color faded within 2 months. No real snow in Ohio this winter yet! I understand she is young and wears the pink boots almost daily; I am only stating the truth. She LOVES HER BOOTS - that's what matters to me. I tried clearing them with the purchased leather care kit and that didn't work (My daughter and I have had our UGG boots for 7 years and those tall boots look perfect) I wear my UGGs constantly for 7yrs! (Sundance Revival Tall Tasman Braid Chestnut Suede) I LOVE MY BOOTS; I buy new insert foot pads.

Have bought this boot in the past and they were very nicely made, but it has drastically changed it used to have a firm top now it,s made very cheap and flimsy. Its now less quality for your money

Honestly I was really excited about these boots until I saw them in person. The blunt cut rim and fur makes them look so cheap. I still have yet to wear them outside. Im a 4 in kids and these boots made my feet look way bigger than any of my other pairs of uggs.

Asked for size 6 in kids thats 22.5 EU.. you sent size 6 in big kids thats 36EU

I want to start by saying, I alone own 6 pair of uggs. I bought my toddler 2 pairs this year. I know I'm doing the most. Both pair got torn, ripped in less than 2 weeks! My daughter doesn't do anything crazy either! The fronts are trashed! They stain so much easier than my uggs do, as well. Please make these better quality!! I honestly don't think I will repurchase for her again! They got destroyed way too quickly for the price.
