Didn't fit

I would not buy these slippers again. They were too small and I had to return them.

I had a 5k that I returned because it was to small with socks, then ordered a 6K that was entirely to big.

I have slippers from last year and the new one I have from this year does not look the same. It actually looks like I have a knock off. The shape, material, color, sole looks and feel different.

Idk what going on but these slippers are running small now . I can't even get my feet into a size 3 when all my other ones are a size 3 . Very disappointed in uggs .size up a size for a comfy fit . THEY RUN SMALL

For my son, whose 11 I wouldn't recommend the way the front shredded after two weeks is not worth the money.

The sandals have no UGG tags . I question that? I have two pairs that I bought at Footlocker and they have the tags. These that I bought from your company do not have it Why if they are real .

I ordered these for my Daughter's 16th birthday. It's been almost 2 weeks and the soles are already separating from the shoe!

My daughter was very excited about her new shoes. However, after about a week of wearing them the front of the shoe started to come apart. The shoe didn't make it two weeks before it fell apart. I am very disappointed in the quality and how much I paid. I know kids can be rough on shoes, but this is unreal.

My UGGS were GREEN not BROWN as listed in the description under the shoes that I chose! I believe the proper description is Antilope! Definitely not happy but it's not worth fooling with to return or swap out! I'll just remain leery about purchasing straight from your website from this point forward!

The size was perfect but the color came in wrong. I had ordered antilope and it came in green? It looks nothing like the photos, very disappointed.

I ordered one pair of Uggs for my granddaughter, expected to pay $86 after shipping.You sent me 5 pair and charged me $455. Return process was easy except that I sent back 3 pair of Ugg and you only credited me with 1. So now I'm wondering if this is a fraud operation

The product arrived torn and I needed it for a funeral , the shipping was great however i'd probably go in store for purchases moving forward.

I don't even wear them honestly wasted my money.

This my second time ordering from the uggs website, and both times they send me the wrong size.

They have something spiky hurting towards toes of shoes

These were my daughters birthday gift. They were on back order for over a month. We just got them 7 days ago. My daughter hasn't even worn them outside yet and they are already unraveling. Not quality products like Uggs used to be. For the price and amount of time we have had them, we are very disappointed.

would like to give you a good rating like all my purchases that I previously made with you but it was very bad that my package never arrived and I filed complaints with you and with FedEx and neither of them could help me so I just lost my money

I was really excited to get these and equally as bummed when I opened the box and they are more of a blue color. The photos make them look white - even the name "goose" I would assumed reflects a white color.

So disappointed l! I ordered my daughter these shoes for Christmas it was her number one Christmas present. We ordered her a 5 thinking they were going to be a little big so she can go into them well they were tight so we exchanged them for a 6 and got a email saying now they can't exchanged them and giving us a refund! You would think they would hold those 6s for someone that already paid for them! So disappointed in UGGs. Now I gotta break it to my daughter who is waiting for her new ones to come in.. ughh!

Christmas ruined because the sizing for these slippers doesn't match sizing for all other UGG shoes. 2 pairs were ordered for my kids and both are too small even though their other UGGs in the same size fit just fine. Now it will be nearly spring before we are able to replace due to everything being on back order.

FALSE ADVERTISING on the goose color slippers. they look completely different than are shown on the picture. very disappointing. couldn't even exchange to a different color because they're all sold out by the time mine arrived. colors are wayy off.
