Not a good experience with purchasing an item. Told to many different stories.

These slippers are much smaller than the typical boots size and fit. I'm going to have to return them because they're too tight and it feels like my toe is going to come out the front of the slipper.

Real hard inside sole not enough cushion.

Ordered this gift for a friend kids, wasn't clear on age group but the size was all wrong! And the return process was the worse. Wanted to exchange but instead they returned and had to order all over again!!!!! Too much of a headache.

I would recommend getting slipper socks so it is comfortable when wearing. These are not as comfortable as they seem.

They are so cute yet i have to return them. I bought them so I can wear them with socks when I go to super early morning classes in the winter. This fit and run small. Super small. Keep that in mind.

When I got these slippers, I liked the fit - but the more I started to wear them, all of the fur (at the balls of my feet) moved to the front/wore away in less than a month. The fur is all gone and there is just a grey patch which is the bottom of the slipper. I am really disappointed that all of the fur matted down because they seemed like a great pair around the house slippers. I have stopped wearing them and I am annoyed how quickly they deteriorated.

Cheap quality nothing how UGG Australia was made

To big, and now when I try to order the correct size they are constantly sold out.... ridiculous & pitiful. If these weren't for my daughter I wouldn't even try to buy the correct size and color.

The quality of the sheep skin has gone way down in recent years, it doesn't feel real. The sole is also much less durable. Returned and bought from another company.

I ordered the exact same size and style that my daughter is currently wearing big kids size 6. The one I got says it's a 6 but it is too big for her. Did the sizes change? Very frustrating!

It hurts my soul to see how terribly water down Ugg has gotten. I've been a faithful custumer of the brand for over 20 years and comparing today's quality with what use to be Ugg australia is very disappointing. I purchased the Tasman II for my daughter less than a month ago and with 3 wears to school it's already dismantling. It literally looks like she's had them for years. The same exact thing happened with last year Ugg boots purchases but here I was giving them the benefit of the doubt. Needless to say, I WILL NEVER purchase from them again. I rather wait a little longer for my delivery and purchase directly from Australia!

These are just sitting because the size is not consistent with all other uggs. And customer service could care less about my questions and concerns.

For the price I thought they would at least be comfortable. Not cheap cardboard and plastic

Ripped after just 1 time use

I just bought these for my daughter in Sept for her birthday and not even 2 months into wearing them there is already a tear and worn look to the toe. For the price of these uggs and expedited shipping is really disappointing to say the least.

I have been an Ugg customer since before the US decided to sell under Deckers Brands. In the beginning, the quality was comparable to the original AUS brand. Sadly, this was my last purchase from this company. The quality is terrible, it's not 100% shearling or sheepskin, the styles have changed making it hard to determine your size and the prices have increased for a crappy quality shoe. I'll wait the two months to get the old school ones from another manufacturer.

Stiching comes apart and ugg wont cover it. Did not last s year

My item was too small!!!

My 9 year old has had these uggs for not even a month and the top of the shoe is falling apart.

Buy fr other retailers first. You'll get it faster. Ugg shipping was way too long. That's why they send you a one time code to use off expedited shipping but don't be fooled. You can't use it months later.

Those shoes are extremely poor quality. They started to fall apart after one month of wear. The fur is fake and became flat after few uses. The stitching in the front started to rip. Such a waste of money.

I wore it only few times and the fuzzy part is very flat already. It hurts my feet so bad. Expensive slipper and you can wear it for only few times? Such a waste of koney. Will never buy YGG again. With that amount of money I can buy 3 pairs of diffrent brand for same material Shearling and leather! This is rediculous! Im a tiny woman, but is tear and wear already for few times of wearing?

The sizes are very small and almost impossible to exchange for a bigger size.

I ordered 3 pairs each pair was one size to small for my kids!!! Now I have to return them.
