not true to size....returned....although really great looking shoe

These shoes while pretty good on ice are not warm at all. It is tough to tell that they are a wide width unlike my other Merrells which are roomy. These shoes are really really cold. Disappointed.

Not as much extra traction on ice as i was hoping. Great fit, comfortable.

I bought these shows to wear to work and after a few weeks they are already starting to fall apart. Very upsetting because they are water resistant and super comfortable!

Since I wear these Mocs all winter, would be nice to have thinsulate added to body and soles for colder weather. Allan

I love the way these fit and the grip on ice, but the right shoe started leaking at the toe almost immediately. I wonder if there is an appropriate seam sealer...

The seam between the waterproof layer and the top is just in the wrong place and isn't robust. If you use these shoes for exclusively for walking they're great and I'd be happy to recommend them. However, if you use them while driving, and you have larger feet, then there's a chance the inside of the right shoe will rub on the brake pedal and, because the seam is weak, it will break the seam. Mine started to break after a couple of months use. It feels like the shoe has weakened, but will hopefully last me to the end of the season. After that they'll be added to the landfill - I was hoping to get a couple of seasons out of them. This is not a manufacturing fault, but I would classify this as a design shortfall - not taking into account how these shoes would be used in everyday life. I will choose a different show type next year. I've been using jungle Mocs exclusively for well over 10, maybe 15, years, I was hoping these would be as comfortable and hard wearing as my usual shoes. They're not. I had to go from size 10.5 to 12 for these shoes and they still feel a little tight.

I bought these shoes a week ago and they are very light. Only down side is the tongue on the shoe is to long and rigid and hurts the top of my foot right at the ankle. Hoped they would break in but they are to uncomfortable to wear for any amount of time to try to break them in. I hope the store will take them back for an exchange or at least store credit.

I bought same shoes after first wore out but this one is too tight

Ordered online through local sporting goods store. Have worn size 10.5 Merrell laceups on at least last eight pairs of my shoes, but I can barely get my feet into the 10.5 ColdPack Moc. I know the Mocs will fit tighter than laceups, but I'm not sure if even one full size up will fit.They look like they would be great for our MN weather, but I can't find any larger sizes locally to try on, so will return them.

These appeared to be exactly what I was looking for, however, after trying two different sizes, it was clear they just didn't fit right. They are just too narrow and there is no wide option available for them. Had to return them.

I love these shoes but every time I wear them my feet get cold because the waterproof liner makes my feet sweat, then get cold. I would get another pair but not waterproof

the shoe is good except for the toe cap ,the rubber comes away from the rest of the shoe ,seems like they could do better . had them replaced once already. good service.

I had ordered these thinking they were the same as my old Merrell Polarand moc but they are different. They are not as heavy duty as my old ones, I believe I bought them about 3 or 4 years ago. I guess these must be the warmest moc you carry now, if not please let me know and I will exchange these. Thank you, regards Bob

I own a collection of merrell shoes, boots and mocs. I have one pair of merrell mocs that fit like a glove made in vietnam but these are made in china and i can stick two fingers behind my heal for the exact same size. If it fits you, you will be happy with the product. I sent mine back.

Good shoe but they have squeaked from the beginning and are only getting worse. Will need to purchase something different in the future.

The shoes looked great, but I couldn't put them on as they were too narrow - and I bought one size larger. I don't think they're even Medium width. Had to return them.

I bought these because I live in very icey conditions. Unfortunately I do not find the traction significantly better than my older Merrell slip-ons, and in addition the uppers are of lesser quality material. Shoes were quite expensive in local shop and I can no longer return them.

I got a bigger size hoping to get the width I needed but to no avail. These ice mocs don't come in wide width.

Great traction for walking in northeast winter conditions but not a warm shoe. Jungle Mocs are much warmer. Extremely light weight though

I've had several pairs of Merrell's Shiver Mocs for 10 years, and they have been some of the best shoes I've owned. It appears that the Coldpack is their replacement. While the styling and overall fit and comfort are very similar, the Coldpacks are a step backward in terms of performance in the cold. You can feel the difference in the insulation in the toe area between the Coldpacks and the Shivers. I could wear the Shivers in the snow at 10 deg. F, and my toes would be warm, whereas my toes have been cold in 30 deg. weather with the Coldpacks. It's too bad they messed up a shoe that was pretty much perfect.

They run narrow. Look great but should have a wider option. Have been trying to get a return doc. but having issues. I can get the shipping doc needed but not the return one. Michael had a previous pair, also narrow so we tried the next size up still very narrow but too big. He loves the Mocs and is an auto mechanic and plows snow and really wanted another pair of waterproof for the winter. They wear great wish they came in a wider version.

My son said they are stiff. I'm sure because they are leather , they may need to be broken in, so can't really say much until that point

Bought these in late winter of 2021-2022. Wore them for casual use. Walking the dog etc. No hiking. Were they comfortable? Yes. Were they good on ice? Reasonably so. Were they waterproof? For about 6 months. After that the issue of water penetration near the ball of the foot began. The upper was pulling away from the sole on the right shoe. 2 months later, same on the left. All in all I loved them for a few months but their value for what they cost is in the negative territory. Sadly can't recommend them. BTW site would not allow upload of a photo of the defect.
