While the shoe is well constructed and feels great, it runs small. You will need to wear thin socks with it - in comparison to ordinary Merrell Mocs. This was my second pair and they were/are comparable to the Rockport XCB slip ons - which unfortunately do not hold up. I wear these type of shoes in the shop in that should a casting spill occur - they can be kicked off easily - very important in dealing with in excess of 2000 degrees F.

wasn't water proof for long. didn't notice any benefits of the ice grip. I wore them every day to work and the seams blew apart fairly quick

Great fit and finish. No slips on icy pavement ( with caution, being not as good as real cleats) One star off cause of seam leakage after two years.

Very good at non slip. Just ok at keeping warm feet

I have severe neuropathy in my hands & feet. With a shoe horn these winter shoes are easy to put on and take off. The shoes are very comfortable! They are low cut so are not as warm as a shoe that covers more of your foot. I use them for local trips with the car. They have a very good lug sole. However, they will not prevent you from slipping on 'black ice'.

Great if you narrow feet. Very comfortable. Waterproof and great in snow and ice. This is my 3rd pair. Great casual shoe for work in the cold winters of Canada!

This is very good Ice traction shoe. Very Stable on the ice.

Ice is great....but cleats will pickup mud and track it everywhere you go.

Like the styling but they seem narrow to me. Length is fine and I like the style but they are tight with any kind of thick sock.

Shoes run 1/2 size small. But love the fit once I got the right size (9.5 to 10 men's).

Shoes are great but the extent of Merrell advertising thrown my way every time I now look at anything on the internet is VERY annoying.

They've worked well, Only true complaint is they needed some breaking in, the arch is quite high, I have medium arches and it still caused pain for a while

So far, it's a great shoe and has accomplished what I was looking for. I needed something I could slip on quickly after a day of snowboarding that had decent grip for snow and ice and also looked good enough to attend a client meeting. They run a bit more narrow than other Merrells I've owned, so they need some breaking in.

These are good shoes. I use them to walk the pup as they conveniently slip on and off. Compared to other Merrell shoes, these are a bit tight. Hopefully they will loosen in time. They are good in the snow and on ice.

Snug warm good-looking for office casual. Only issue was the right shoe is loose. Left is a good fit.

Great for slipping on and going out to get mail. Just remember, as with most Merrells, they run a half size small compared to most brands. I normally wear a 10 and ordered a 10 1/2 and they are a perfect fit.

Ordered these in wide and they're a little loose, I think my feet have shrunk a bit. That being said, these shoes deliver on the "great traction in ice and snow" claim - they grip better than my vibram hiking boots! Don,t do as well if snow is more than an inch or so though.

These are replacing a similar pair of slip on Merrill Mocs. They are a Christmas gift. Past Mocs all wear out on the inside before the exterior of shoes are worn out.

I bought these to replace a venerable pair of Merrells I have had for probably 15 years and use daily from probably October through March. For errands, dog walking, you name it. But as you can see from the pic, it was time to retire them. I normally wear a 14 so ordered a 14, but they were snug so I exchanged them for a 15 and these are much better. Warm and comfortable, easy on and off, perfect for what I need. Will they last 15 years? Hope so! I have several pairs of Merrell shoes and have found them comfortable and durable, though not the first time I have found them to run on the small side.

Overall it is a good shoe

I love them and wear them every day. Comfortable, warm and stylish with jeans or with my coat and tie on a workday.

The shoe lived up to expectations. The Arctic Grip doesn't make you spider man on ice, sadly. After 3 years of wearing this as my main shoes for everything the rubber material does start to crack in the flex areas and the material started to separate from the soles. Repairing them with shoe glue works for a time but a new pair is definitely needed.

Great looking shoe - it was a bit loose - returned and may look for another style.
