Had to return...originally ordered an 11 M for my husband which were a bit tight, but he figured would loosen w breaking them in but his toes hit the top and decided to return for an 11 1/2. As soon as I opened the box I knew they would be returned...the inserts were not the cardboard but stuffed torn tissue paper. When he put them on and attempted to walk both feet were coming out... as if they were stretched out already. Sooo disappointed Zappos that these weren't inspected! Now hopefully will receive a notice that his size in both the Brown and Black will be in Stock soon.

We bought these less than 2 years ago. My husband wears them to work to a desk job. The stitching is already coming loose. Expensive shoes for such light use and falling apart.

Euro size 42.5 does not equal US size 9
