I wish I had realised it wasnt the non-slip one. Ive never bought an expensive mat before but Im such a huge fan of Adriene Mishler I knew I was going to buy a Manduka one day. When they were on offer I thought now is the time. However when it arrived it smelt odd and it had a sticky feel all over it. Still had. Plus I assumed I wouldnt find it slippy. Before I even used it for a class my hands and feet slid. So that was disappointing. But apparently I didnt buy the right one.

I'm certainly not a pro, but manduka was recommended by one. My joints appreciate the 6mm cushion, and grip is solid. no offgassing odor, easy to keep clean, and exceptionally durable.

The best yoga mat! These are just so sturdy and last a lifetime! worth the expense!

It is good enough but a little bit slippery

I LOVE MANDUKA! There is no way to compare this matt with ant other. It is unique and my practice demands it.

Great joint support , lots of cushion.

I have only used it a few times yet. The first time I was slipping but I did salt it after that and it was better. I do love the sturdiness of the mat and the width and length

The mat was exactly as described.

Look forward to using this for the next decade. Love the color I got. Mat spray is a must. There is a weird wax feel that makes my hands slip- but Ive read this goes away. It would be nice if it didnt come like that though.

Best mat I've ever tried. The black one is even better then in the picture. Great grip. A bit heavy but I have also the PROlite one to carry around.

Great mat. Love the size, the finish and thickness. Only drawback is it is a bit heavy.

I like how sturdy and solid it is. I followed the treatment process to prep it for use, but it didn't work and it is still very slippery.

I love the mat. Sure I will have a couple of weeks of breaking it in (which is a little bit frustrating) but I have the feeling that it will be amazing after and last me for many years which makes it worth it:)

Nice and big, love the cushioning.

I really like the mat, but it is slippery. I am hoping that once the "new" wears off, I will be able to do a downward dog without my hands and feet slipping away from where they are planted.
