Warm and comfortable. Glad I purchased them. The leather laces do come undone more often than regular laces.

Glad I ordered these because they look better in person! A nice casual ankle boot. I ordered a black, size 9 and they fit perfect. In the other Ugg styles I usually have to order a size down, but not in these. These zip up with no problem and fit comfortable. Also, these run narrow... but I have narrow feet so my feet are in heaven. The only thing is these came in a plain brown box with a note saying the original box was damaged. I store all my shoes in the shoe box so I’m really disappointed that I don’t have the original Ugg box for these.

I love everything about these booties! I have bought and returned multiple other pairs over the past 2 months trying to find the perfect ones and finally have with these. I wanted no heel, comfortable right out of the box and stylish. I got all 3 with these! I wear them with skinny jeans and leggings and they look great with both!

I’ve been looking for a short casual boot that felt kinda like a sneaker. These were the best looking and most comfy I could find for what I wanted. The footbed is super comfy. The only reason I gave them a 4 star for comfort is that they feel a little tight right over the top of my foot, but I’m hoping they will stretch out as I wear them. Overall, I’ve really enjoyed them since I got them.

Hi was excited when I ordered these .. however when i got them i tried them on but they seemed pretty tight .. i wore them around the house without socks .. an now they are the most comfortable boot i own !! LOVE them .. they must have stretched out cause they are not tight anymore .. so jus saying they may be tight at first but wear them around a bit and you”ll learn to love them !!

These are so cute and comfy. The leather is fairly soft and flexible, making them comfortable and no risk of blisters. I am usually a size 9 and sometimes a 9.5, and I ordered a 9 and it is the perfect length. There is not much in the way of arch support but I'm not planning on walking for miles at a time in them. Very cute with leggings and jeans.

These are so comfortable and perfect and cute. I was looking for a "minimal" shoe with lots of flexibility, no heel, a small amount of cushioning and no arch support. These fit the bill!

The Reid is soooo comfy. The leather lining is exactly what I was looking for, as I have problems with my feet in manmade materials. Look cute with jeans or office casual pants. I love them so much I will be ordering another pair.

I ordered a size 7.5 and an 8. Very disappointed that Zappos put the size 8 boots in a plastic bag (no shoe box) and put it in the Zappos box next to the size 7.5, which was in the original UGG box. These boots are suede and were damaged as they were not protected from the other box bouncing around during shipment. One boot had tissue inside and a piece of cardboard - the other had nothing. They had no protection and look like a “used” pair of UGGs. Unfortunately I had no choice but to keep them as I needed them for an event. Please re-train the individual that packaged this order. Totally unacceptable to pay full price for damaged merchandise. Not what I expect from Zappos. Corrine Benish

So - I bought my normal size 8 elsewhere and they were a good 1.5” too long at least. They were snug around the ball of my foot and so is the size 7.5. But the 7.5 is only 1/2 to 3/4” past my toe (pretty much what you want actually), still tight, but these are suede and lined with a beautiful soft leather so will stretch. My sister bought the same ones and tells me that they stretch out nicely. So, order 1/2 size down - length s/be better and I am trusting that they will stretch and fit like a glove soon! Also, if looking for arch support you w/probably need to add an insert, because there isn’t any support. But, that’s kind of the cool thing about the boot; its more of a slipper! BTW, you really will be impressed with the leather lining - these are beautifully made for sure. Enjoy!

I love these shoes. The color is darker than what is shown in the picture. The fit is a little snug at first but after some wear they stretch comfortably.
