I really wish I could've made these work. I normally wear a 7.5 or 8, but could not get my foot into this size 8. Shoe was way too narrow...definitely not for a person with a wide foot. Ugg please consider making this to accommodate wide feet.

The boots were very cute and my daughter loved them, but the first time she wore them they came apart at the seam and had a big hole where the top covering meets the bottom. Looking closer, you could see where the seam hadn't fully captured the fabric - thus immediate hole.

Received product on Nov. 18th this year and stitching is coming undone on left shoe. Compared to the right shoe, really looks like an error in sewing process as the stitches are just too close to the edge of the material.

I waited all season for these boots to come in stock. They are gorgeous but don't fit as I expected. The top part of the boot is so wide you have on jeans, sweat pants and leg warmers and there would be space. I returned mine.

I was shocked when I tried these on and walked around my house in them - they are terribly uncomfortable. There is no lining and no padding at all. They are not soft and warm. They are hard and my feet were freezing in them. It felt as if I was walking on a very cold, hard surface without cushioning. Mocs should be comfortable; like slippers. I love UGG boots but I did not like these at all. I will say they look nice. I'm going to exchange these for the Gita instead. If you are looking for comfort, you won't find it with this shoe.
