The size, lengthwise, was true. They felt a little narrow, but that I could live with. Because of the lack of arch support though, my feet and legs felt fatigued after wearing them for just a short time. I returned them, but am going to try again with a half-size larger and an orthotic for arch support. I really like style, color, material, and construction.

Shoes are comfy but a little tight! Can wear them for a couple quick errands. Love the way they look, but there is not much support or cushioning at all.

Like others have said, runs VERY NARROW. Also a bit difficult for HIGH ARCHES. The seam across the top hit my arch at an uncomfortable place. If 1/2" higher up the arch might have been OK. I tried an 8 (usual size) and 8 1/2. both were too narrow and tight across the arch. Sad. They are cute. Not much arch support, but could have added a 3/4 insert which I do in many shoes. Ordered and liked both the slate and black colors. Just didn't work on my feet.

These booties are very cute, but too narrow and a little too small. Even without socks they fit very snug in my usual size, so I'm returning them. This is also my first pair of UGGs and I didn't know what shearling was until I took the shoes out of the box and noticed the "real fur" sticker on the sole. I had assumed it was a wool product. I'm sure this makes them warmer, but baby lamb fur is not my thing.

these are super cute and well made but there is no support on the footbed. no arch support and very little foot cushion. If you can walj barefoot a lot these would be fine but if you have any problems with foot pain I would not recommend.

I wanted these for 3 years! Finally got them but they are wayyyyy to narrow! Can’t go up a size because it will be too long. Had to return

The boot was absolutely totally wrong for me. I have a high arch, so there was NO support. Boot had a piece of lambs wool at the bottom 1/3 of inside heel- what for? That just made the arch worse. I have no idea what the sole was made from- looked man-made, and was absolutely flat. I would have slipped on leaves, any sign of wetness, let alone ice or snow.

I love Ugg products. Honestly, this is the first pair of ugg shoes that I have bought, that did not fit. I was surprised. This particular shoe was way too narrow in the middle foot and toe region. My toes were also crunched as it felt about a half size too short. The style of the boot is super cute though and the thread felt substantial. Those with narrow feet should love these boots.

I liked the look, but the boot was too narrow in the toe box area. I usually wear an 8 1/2 but I ordered a 9 hoping this would help, but it did not. Need an 81/2 wide.

These were really cute and I'd hoped they would work, but in my experience they are very narrow and run small. Sadly, I had to return them. Definitely size up at least a half size.

Suuuuuuuuuuper cute! I’m so upset that they weren’t more comfortable :/ I have narrow feet and they were still a bit too snug on my foot and they could use some more arch support for sure.

Love the style I ordered size 7 and its too small, so I returned it and order 7.5 but it felt uncomfortable, so I have to return it again... just disappointed.

I'm planning an upcoming vacation in Ireland and I was looking for a fall boot that would be supportive for all the walking I'm planning to do. These shoes had absolutely no arch support and felt like I was walking on a piece of cardboard. Additionally, the width was so tight I couldn't even try these on with a sock on. The style kind of looks like a moccasin but a cheaper version knock off. I returned these immediately and actually found a better boot with a little bit of a heel (Me Too Brand - Zantos shoe).

These shoes are very cute. I thought they will mold to my feet and bring the comfort that I was hoping for. That did not happen. My major issue is no arch support. So returning them.
