If your going to say they are waterproof they should be for the price you charge that was the only reason why I chose to buy these and got the kit to stay on top of keeping looking new and waterproof but still didn't help

My daughter gave me these boots for my birthday. I have very narrow feet (AA width) and I could not even get my feet into these boots. Quality control seems to be lacking at Ugg. I returned them.

RUNS SMALL.. VERY SNUGG...THE NEXT SIZE ISNT AVAILABLE...I GUESS IM GONNA SEND BACK.

These shoes run entirely too small, are extremely tight rub the back of my heels and hurt my toes. I normally wear an 8 so I bought an 8.5. I'm going to reluctantly try a 9 because they're waterproof and stylish. But I'm not too optimistic that a bigger size is going to be any better.

Couldn't fit

The boots are lovely but I couldn't get them on. Because of the stiffness, I couldn't pass my foot through the curve and I have small ankles and legs. They also would have been a pain to get off.

A 10 is not a 10 it's more like a five

Had to send the boots back. The sheep skin on the outside was not stitched and just flopping with some orange glue instead of Stitching

I ordered first pair, all excited about getting them. Ordered an 8 ... Same as the slippers we have ordered for years. 8's came and we're way to small. Returned for a 9 (have never worn a 9 in my life). Paperwork said I returned an 8 requesting another 8? So, the 8/9 have been returned. I won't order again ....
