Use all winter. Heel cup is uncomfortable.

I love love love UGG and have been wearing them since the late 80's. Growing up on the North California coast they were great for keeping your feet warm at the beach! I have had an original pair of SunDance for a good 10 years and they finally split just above the seem. So they are well made and long wearing as I wore them all the time during the winter and colder days but alas it is time for a new pair...they changed them...the water proofing seems like a great idea but these run a lot smaller than than they used to! Normally you had to go down half a size! I wear a 6 and these are a full inch shorter and I could hardly get my foot in them let alone wear them! I am very disappointed by this and not sure if it because they also changed where they are made or what but now I have the hassle of having to return them and trying for what I hope to be a good fit on the new pair :( I would have read reviews first but these were bought as a gift by someone who knew I needed new ones... yes I would conditionally recommend however READ reviews first!!!

My regular uggs runs true to soze but the new ones (classical 2s) ii really dislike them, they run to small and is wayyy to narrow

I'm going to wear mines every time, so warm, cozy & comfortable. I really think that UGG should bring back the grey so many people are looking for them in stores. Plus you guys should make new colors.. Burgundy with black fur, & winter green with black fur...

They run extremely small I wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing but I would recommend ordering a whole size up cute boot very cozy but sizing is ridiculous DO BETTER UGG

With ugg boots i own i am a size US6, but a recent purchase of the waterproof sundance the size US6 was too small. i didn't bother to try them on at the store since i have a dozen pairs and they were perfect. Comparing the soles length with the other boots indicated it was definitely shorter. The stores did not have the 6.5 size and reassured me they would expand. I hope so because i really love them, and have started wearing them already.

This are great boots but I still prefer my old uggs, the old version of the sunburst in ivory or bone color.

Doesn't hug your legs

It's so hard to put the is boot on I normally buy a 8 I bought this boot in a 8 couldn't get my foot in, then a 8.5 I squeezed my foot in without a sock the arch was burning switched to a 9 and it's still hard idk what's going on I have slim feet I wanted these boots for years

I've been a classic ugg boot wearer almost every winter I usually buy a size 5 and works out great I've recently decided to try other style and after reading reviews and multiple people saying the boot ran small I decided to order size 6 which was still kid of tight but my feet eventually broke them in with my big toe visibility at a minimum I've wanted this style for so long so when I realized they were on say I was eager to order I went with the size 6 as I did my previous pair but it's like the boot is getting smaller smaller these one are very tight and very hard to put on because I'm and UK 5.5 and the UK size on the boot is a 4.5 so from there I know there just too small for my I chose the option of in store pickup and asked the associate to remove it from the big box and put the actually box's itself in a bag so now I don't have the shipping papers it usually come with and now I am looking to exchange and been calling all locations with no answer ... At this point I don't know what to do!

I am returning these boots because of the fit. They run a little small in my regular 10M Ugg size. But of greater concern was that I could feel the entire foot-bed through the wool lining. The middle of the foot-bed was high and hit the arch of my foot making a very uncomfortable fit.

While these are lovely, warm, well made boots, the sizing seems off. I bought these to replace an older pair of the same style and they are weirdly narrow at the ankle making them hard to put on. I can't order a larger size because then the foot area would be too big.

These were purchased for a friend and they are cut very narrow. She wears an 8, currently exchanging for a 9, I pray that they fit. Theyre super cute

I am always a size 8 in every pair of ugg boots I've purchased. I have over 7 pairs. However this particular boot seem to run about a whole size and a half small.

I have extremely tiny feet. Difficult to find my size and when shoes are made in my size they sell out quickly. I wear a size 5 and even then a 5 is sometimes too big. I can NOT get my foot in this boot. I can't get them past my arch. I don't get it... how is it that I have tiny feet and yet I cannot get this boot past the arch of my foot. I'm very disappointed. I was so excited for these boots. I've wanted this style for quite some time...

These are the worst uggs in the whole world they don't fit ur foot can't even get in

I did not like the color at all. I bought them in black first at the regular price and when they went on sale, I purchased them in sand. I returned the sand.

These boots were definitely a waste of money. They look and feel nothing like the original boots. The manufacturers really messed up on these. Returning today after work..
