These are still Dec 2019 running super small, my daughter couldnt even get her size 9 feet into these. Its possible this one was mis sized, as I held it up to my 7/8 womens (another style) and its sole was almost the same size. These are going back. I guess the UGG brand isn't the cohesive dependable brand it use to be and probably contract stuff out all over the place. It's frustrating. The ability to actually shop at a store is quickly disappearing. I will be going to one of the last shoe stores to try and find the right UGG for my girl!!

These looked nice but I can't imagine spending much time walking in them as there is no arch support and the sole is very stiff. What's most disappointing, is that you're paying a premium price for boots that are no longer made in Australia. These were made in Vietnam. There are legitimate Australian companies that make handmade ugg boots but Ugg( owned by Dekkers) is mass producing theirs in China and Vietnam. Just know what you're getting when you buy Ugg (brand name seen everywhere) boots. Zappos customer service is awesome, so no complaints there.

They were too tight the arches even buying one size up.

I'm disappointed with these boots. They run at least a full size smaller and are stiffer than the classic boot. They also seem bulkier. I way hoping to love them because they are a waterproof version of boots I love, but they are going back.

Too small

These boots have been a huge disappointment. On the plus side- they are waterproof, have a great nonslip sole and are stain resistant. In the negative side- I waited until December to start wearing these and they are Not cold weather boots. I live in Minnesota and have to wear socks inside the boots. They also do not wick away moisture like other pairs I have had. Above forty degrees these are fine but otherwise they are a waste of money. I really wish I had bought a more traditional boot.

These fit and feel nothing like most Ugg boots apart from the fur. When you try them on, it truly feels like there is one of those cardboard inserts with a bunch of packing material left inside, except rock hard. There wasn’t anything left in, because i could feel the fur throughout when I reached in to investigate. It mostly makes them too narrow at the toes but also much tighter near the ankles and along most of the top off my foot, especially along the outside. I’ve never experienced tightness in that location with any other brand of shoes - big toes, forefoot width, tightness over instep, yes. In regular uggs I wear 8 with no socks or 9 with socks or if I don’t want to deal with them being super snug at first. My daughter wears 9 with socks but wears 1/2 - 1 size larger than me in most shoes. We couldn’t stand to have size 9 on for even 1 second. & It bruised the top off my foot getting it on and off because of them being so tight along with extremely stiff. These are also much, MUCH heavier than regular uggs, which I had read but was still surprised at how much heavier they feel. My daughter fully expected to love these, but these are horrible for both of us. I’m sure Sizing up would not solve the problems for us considering how rock hard certain areas are in these. No wonder ugg makes a different style that’s water resistant. They must be quite different from these. Hoping ugg will redesign these in the future to accommodate more foot shapes!

Very disappointed in these Uggs. Ordered half size up and still didn’t fit. Toe is much more narrow than traditional Uggs. Could not go up a full size because my heel was already coming up. Really wanted waterproof Uggs. Wish they were made the same. Sadly have to return them.

I love UGG’s, but these were my first pair of the waterproof type. The sizing is not the same, the flexibility is stiff, the comfort is nonexistent! I would NEVER buy them again and I would love to return them, but I have worn them! I do not recommend these boots if you accustomed to the non- waterproof UGG’s
