Unlike my other Uggs, this pair matches my usual size in other shoes and boots That's a plus, and I wish all Uggs were the same. These boots are comfortable, easy on and off, soft and probably warm. The grey color is beautiful, and I really wanted to love them, but the diameter of the shaft was oddly large, gaping around my very average size lower lags in a way that seems like it would be drafty, to say the least. They are also too stiff to roll over. I am not sure about the non-slip sole; vibram may provide grip but not on ice, and there is no tread for snow. My 10+ year old Sundance boots still have tread! Note on fit: as others have noticed, they are a bit difficult to get into as the right angle at the ankle is reinforced with a leather strip that does not stretch readily.

These are very tight overall. This is made more severe by the stiffness of the overall fabric. My daughter wears a size 4 in regular Uggs styles, but even a 6 in this style was painfully tight. Just slipping her foot in through th ankle hole made her wince. She also couldn’t move her toes - even on the size 6. She has plenty of room in her size 4 Classic II and Bailey Button styles. So we are sticking with spraying our regular boots with protective spray. I would recommend these only if your child has very narrow feet or likes a very tight fit.

I always wear an 11. I have plantar faciitis so I must wear inserts in all of my shoes, including boots. These boots run small. I could get my foot into it fine but it felt snug and more importantly I could not get my inserts in so I sent them back. Unfortunately they do not come in half sizes or I probably would have gotten 11 and a 1/2 but I still want a pair so I ordered the 12 and hope it will be fine.

I agree with all the other reviewers that these run SHORT and NARROW. I wear a 5 in the classic style when barefoot and needed a 6 for the same fit in these. They feel stiffer than the classic Uggs and have a wider gap between the boot and the leg. At first, I was excited to find a boot in the traditional Ugg style that was waterproof and had traction, but based on looking at the sole, I don't see how they offer enough traction for walking on a snowy/icy sidewalk. I'm returning them because of this and going with sole that I know offers grip. On the positive side, they have the classic Ugg look and seem to be very warm.

I tried to go up half and while size from 7.5. My foot is a little wider than what this comes as. I felt it was too snug and my past history with Uggs means they don't stretch. Great looking and super soft. Just not wide enough for me.

I'm sure these are great for some people but I am mystified. I always thought I had pretty average feet with a high-is arch, size 8 average width etc. etc. Ordered the 8m the 8.5 and the 9.No go. The 9 was tight! What a bummer. I give up. Loved the look and long for Uggs that are actually waterproof but this won't fit no matter how many pairs I try. Lots of pressure on top of foot and too tight all-around even 1 full size up and have never in my life work a 9. Disappointed.

I've loved my classic short boots and was excited to see that there is now a waterproof version with traction. I am a perfect size 5 without socks in the classic boot, but based upon other reviewers, I ordered a a 5.5. I could barely get my foot in them. I returned and ordered a 6. The fit was still considerably narrower than the classic boot--and I have a slim foot,. They also slipped on my heal when I walked in them, so, sadly, I have to return this pair as well. Size aside, I found them to be stiffer than the classic boot and a bit clunkier when walking, perhaps because of the enhanced traction. I'll try them again after Ugg has worked out the kinks, but they a definitely unwearable as is.

I bought these so I wouldn't slip on snow and ice so I'm excited about that feature, but I can't for the life of me understand why the area around the calf is so loose. It is so unattractive! They don't fit like the regular uggs also. I usually get a 7 in classic uggs, I got a 9 in these.

Bought this pair from Dillards to wear when I walk a couple blocks around the neighborhood or run in and out of stores. Wanted to not worry about cold or wet slush. First couple weeks in these were bliss. However, though the boots remain Waterproof and not stained, they are no longer warm. Cold transfers through the sole like cheap boots. And it's warmer now than it was when I got these boots. Customer service says I can pay shipping to return them and have them "evaluated" and either replaced or sent back to me. Confused - how did the insulation vanish? Not a good first Uggs experience.

As much as I would like to use it, I can't. This was actually the exchanged item because I have to return it and exchange for a bigger size but unfortunately, the sheepskin insole was missing. I tried to get in touch for so many times but to no avail. I was so disappointed and frustrated. Hoping that they will see/read this comment for them to act on my complaint. And please, send me the missing item which I paid for. Thank you.

I was so excited for a waterproof version of this boot that should have happened a long time ago. The sole is great (Arctic grip) but the fit is off - don't expect your regular UGG Classic size, you will probably need to size up 1/2-1 full size or get your regular shoe size. The toe box is more narrow and the shaft is a lot wider, so it does not hug your leg or block snow/rain from falling into it (this might be because they are not as plush inside with the UGGpure lining). For a boot that was designed to be worn without socks, this was an oversight. Because the shaft is wider, the front seam puts more pressure on the top of the foot and is less comfortable. It seems the inside of the boots is packing out faster than my UGG Classics I have had for 5 years or so. I'm not sure how well these will hold up, but really no other option for waterproof in this brand's style. I also tried the waterproof UGG mini and it was worse - the front of the shaft stuck out from my legs (which are not that thin after a baby) several inches. I wish UGG would have done a better job with these waterproof versions and made them in Australia, the US or Europe (made in Vietnam). I did like this suede finish better than the shiny leather (L).

I really liked these boots and ordered them the same size as my Classic Ugg's but they ran small and I needed an 8 vs a 7. Unfortunately when I tried to exchange them they were out of size 8 by then.

My daughter really likes them except for the fact that she said they don't keep her feet warm. She says they're comfortable but not warm.

I purchased the boots because they are weatherproof. The 1st or 2nd time I wore them they stained, both in front & back. I was walking on sidewalks, not in the country & was unhappy to see stain marks. I've had other boots that lasted for years without them!

I love the style but unfortunately had to return due to wide calf circumference. Go half size up.

I was so excited to receive these boots. As recommended by UGG, I purchased a 7.5. Unfortunately, this style seems to run small. What a bummer! I am unsure if I will returning or exchanging these boots. While they are very cute, I am upset that I have to go out of my way to ship my original package back.

I wanted these boots to fit. I liked the idea of an UGG shoe that I could wear in wet weather. However, UGG sizes are all over the place. When I ordered these, I also ordered two other styles of UGGS. For these, I ordered up a half size, as other reviewers recommended, as well as my regular size. The larger size, 8 1/2, almost worked but it felt like my toe was hitting the front of the boot. I considered keeping them because the wisdom on UGGs is that they stretch pretty quickly, but I felt like hitting the front of the boot was not going to get better. Both sizes are going back. What is weird however, in another UGG style, the 8 was almost too big. Go figure.

I'm so disappointed! I read other reviews about needing to break in the boots and stretching them out so they bought the size they normally get. So I bought a 7 because I wear a 7 in every style shoe of all different brands and there is no breaking these in. They're just so tight. Not to mention there wouldn't even be room for winter socks. I had my thinnest summer socks on wearing them around the house to break them in and I have blisters on both heels because they're just too tight. I would recommend getting a size bigger than you normally wear and you should have room for socks!
