I love the look of the shoe but with a high arch I cannot get the shoe on because there is no zipper. These are slip on. But they are a beautiful shoe. My problem is a high arch. I even purchased it in half six larger and can get it on but too big. It slips in the back.

One of the boots the flap was put in the box wrong so it won't stay up. Took the style away.

Although the style of the boot is really cute, the leather color is uneven and not uniform like the pictures online. The flap on the boot is flimsy and does not hold its place. I am gonna have to figure put how to harden the leather so that it remains upright.

This boot is very very hard to get on. It was too tight so I sent it back for a bigger size, and that to was to tight to get on as well. I am an ugg lover but this one just won't do. Looks good tho

I returned it to the tune of $20 in shipping fees

The buckle came broken on the shoe but the top of the boot is just flaps. No firmness or support. Very flimsy and just falls over.

This boot is not for people with wide feet and it doesn't give you the option at time of purchase to pick medium or wide width

They are so pretty but run small. I will be returning them. A friend of mines ordered the same ones and she had the same problem.

The front leather piece falls forward and they look like a pair of old hiking boots. Had to pay return postage - $19!!!

They were great the first time I wore them. After that, the front flap will not stay up at all. It was just disappointing seeing how much I paid for them.

My right shoe hurt my foot, and they were very uncomfortable!

This boot was damaged upon receipt. ondid try then on out of curiosity. They were incredibly uncomfortable despite the price.

Unfortunately this boot was not a good purchase the leather upper flops down onto the front of your shoe. This happened the first time I wore them. I will be sending them back. I purchase most of my shoes from Ugg and this is the only shoe I've been disappointed with. You cant be perfect all the time. Ill just try a different Ugg style!

These don't look like the picture at all

I am a true 7 1/2, so is my daughter. She could not get them on either!! I have purchased over 50 pair of Uggs over the last 10 years. These are going back!! Leather on upper boot is real flimsy. It git turned down in packaging and I do not see it ever standing up where it belongs.

I loved them as soon as I pulled them out of the box! They are so cute and they felt great when I put them on. However, the first day I wore them the front shaft of one of the boots flopped over like a dog ear. Just one. The other side was stiffer, like it should be, and stayed up all day. I was at a conference and had to constantly pull the one side back up into the advertised shape and looked silly all day. I am hoping to return them after this one wear since the boot seems defective.

Could barely get my feet into these boots. Super disappointing. I really wanted them to work, because Ugh always fits me. Not this time. So sad that I had to return them.

They're a beautiful boot but I couldn't even get my foot in them AFTER sizing up.
