Cute comfortable bootie that I returned because the soft leather seemed like it might not hold up well and the sole is completely smooth with no tread.

I really do love the look of these shoes and I know they are going to look great with some outfits, but I am disappointed with a few major parts. First, when the block heel is flat on the ground, the front part of the boot does not lay flat as well. I think there is definitely something structurally wrong with these boots, which makes them pretty uncomfortable. Second, the flap at the front does not stand up straight. It droops and will not go around anything wider than a skinny ankle jean. Overall, I purchased these as an everyday wear boot and they are definitely not going to work for that. Going to let them sit in my closet for a few more days and decide if I should return.

these boots are sooo cute! but they slipped on my heels so i will be sending them back. so sad they don't fit my foot.

I normally wear a 6.5 or 7 in boots. These were better in the 6.5. Other reviews were correct when they mentioned the floppy top of the boot. I wasn't crazy about how unstructured the boot looked, so they had to be returned. Otherwise, the boot was very comfortable and casually cute.

These are the cutest boots ever. Unfortunately when they’re on I walk right out of the backs of the boot. They wear like a boot ‘flip flop’. I had to return them :(

The top was just too floppy for my taste

I really wanted to love these boots. I took a chance since there wasn’t a fit video for this shoe. If these was one you would have seen the front of the boot shaft is very soft and flimsy with no structure. The opening was so wide for my leg/ankle that when I tried them on my jeans looked stupid falling out no matter if I tucked them or rolled them. You aren’t able to tighten the boot so this was a deal breaker and once I tried them on I printed out the return slip immediately. Uggs you disappointed me with this one:(

Wanted to like these shoes bc the leather is so soft but the style is off. The leather is so loose at the top of the bootie than it looks like floppy Santa boots! Way to much leather hanging loose. The straps are a cute touch but since they aren't functional it only adds more weight and leather to an already bulky ankle bootie

Loved the look of these and wish I was able to keep them. They were extremely hard to get on and once I did, they felt smaller than marked not only in the size, but in the width.

I was very disappointed with these boots. They are very uncomfortable. I bought them because I liked the style and also trust the UGG brand but I have noticed a decline in the quality of UGG shoes overall. I would return them if I could but I bought them before I left the States and do not have the box anymore. Would not recommend.

I really was in love with these boots but now I hate them. I wish I can return them. The picture is perfect but it does not have a zipper so it’s hard to put your foot inside. The material is ok. Not very comfortable. The upper part always folds and looks horrible. I think they are a little bit narrow. First time buying UGG boots and will never do it again.

These look way better in the picture than in person. I was so disappointed in the stiffness and basic unwearability with this shoe.
