I saw these shoes on a salesclerk in an upscale department store and asked her what the brand was. So when I saw them on zappos.com, I was excited about ordering them. Even though they have a fairly flat heel, they look very classy and versatile. The salesclerk was wearing them with a simple dress and black tights, and the total look was perfect. I refuse to wear high heels, so these shoes seemed like a smart alternative. Unfortunately, my feet are really hard to fit: very narrow heel but wide forefoot because of bunions. Because of the odd shape of my feet, the fit in the forefoot was fine in a wide width, but my heels slipped out of the shoes. I was disappointed to have to send them back. The salesclerk I talked to said these are comfortable shoes with good arch support, so I'd recommend them to anyone except for people whose feet are shaped like mine.

Fit really well and the heel is super stable

This is a nice shoe. However, it fit me larger than I expected. I ordered 12WW and it was just too large. I feel a 12W will cramp my toes. So, I'm returning.

I liked these shoes. At least they do have some arch support, which is an issue for me.

Unfortunately there is a gap that opens on inside arch when walking.

I love the leather. The shoes were wider than other wide widths but a good shoe pad solved the problem.

Very comfortable! It’s padded so it didn’t hurt after wearing them the whole day. The bit of the heel makes it a bit more dressy.

I wear either an 8.5 or 9, depending on the shoe. The 8.5 was a tad tight the 9 was a tad loose. I settled on the 9. The shoe is a classic dress shoe. Liked that the heel was not very high.

Great looking shoe, a half size too big. So I reordered it a half size smaller. I can't wait to wear them.

I like the shoes and they are not to high in the heel for work. The toes are a little tight but I think will stretch a little once I wear them. Overall, I think I will be happy with them. I haven't worn them yet.

They were a little long. I wear a 6 or 6.5 depending on the shoe.

These are lovely pumps and since they're leather, they should give me years of comfortable wear. I have to get used to the little cushion circles in the footbed but not too annoying so far. I think the arch support is light instead of moderate.

The fit was almost perfect. The shoe gapped a bit because I have a high arch. The toe was a bit too rounded and made the shoe look old.

These are nice and polished, fit perfectly. A true go-to shoe that works with many outfits.

The shoes were true to the photo and I thought they actually looked a bit more stylish than I thought they would. They are patent leather and very shiny, with a slim, dressy appearance. However, I ordered my ideal size (10 1/2 N), and they are too short. I have a problem with the toe boxes being too low and that is the case with these shoes. The width is ideal and I don’t want a larger size because it would be proportionately wider and probably too long on one foot as well. I am going to try to stretch the length a bit as I do like the shoes and the width is perfect.

I am usually a 9/9.5W, but these were too big on me - I am likely an 8.5W in these. I personally disliked the shininess of the shoe, as well as the pointed toe, but more importantly (to me) it didn't look good with the outfits that I have to go with it. Otherwise, I liked the plainness and simpleness of the shoe. I expected the heel to feel funny while walking, due to the shape; the effect was actually not as big as I expected, and was not bad.

It is a good looking shoe, but it was about a whole size to big ( I wear a 9M). I didn't find it comfortable enough for me.
