I was hesitant to purchase due to the price however will be purchasing another in a different color. From the front the shoe looks like a heeled pump, not like a flat like some. The insole is cushioned and was a nice surprise. Comfortable, stylish, low heeled and in narrow - very hard to find. I definitely would recommend.

I have narrow feet ad was excited about this cute shoe. But they were about one size too long so had to return.

Needed a new pair of black pumps with a low heel due to an ankle injury. As always Zappos had just what I needed. These shoes fit well and can be worn right out of the box. Super comfortable.

No blisters or sore spots the first day I wore them -- and I walked a lot. There could be a little more padding inside but overall I really like them. Love the heel height. Will probably buy other colors in this style.

I ordered my regular size 8W and they were much too long for my foot. So I ordered 71/2W and the toe box is just a tad too tight. I'm hoping they'll loosen up somewhat as I really like this shoe otherwise. Stylish and well made, I look forward to wearing these nice shoes!

Love the shoes and comfort except for the insoles in the bottom of the shoe. Whatever the little bubbles are they put in the insoles, they press in on my feet and hurt after a half a day on my feet, so I pulled those out and bought some good gel insoles.

Beautiful shoes. I love the heel shape. Because of my bunion, I had to return. I need less point on the toe.

Finally! Moderately stylish but very comfortable. I ordered a wide and there is plenty of toe room.

The size and fit are perfect. I do like the shoes. Although I have only worn them in the house, so far no occasion to wear them outside, hope to soon. The color nude will go with everything, even found a small purse to go with them.

Excellent. Only personal complaint is that I wish the heel were a little higher.

I need shoes for a wedding in August. I'm a senior citizen and I don't "do" high heels, but wanted something a bit stylish with a bit of a heel. Wearing size 10.5 makes it nearly impossible to find shoes as 10s are too tight and 11s are too loose. These shoes are the right size and fit, and look stylish. However the pointy toe makes them very painful so I'm trying to decide if I should keep them or not!

I very rarely wear heels, but I needed a pair of deep navy blue heels to go with the deep navy blue dress I was going to wear to a wedding. I found these “Heidi” navy heels by “Walking Cradles” on Zappos. They’re perfect! The color matches my dress, the quality of the leather is superb and the heel height is perfect for me! I never gave a thought to my feet at the wedding, not even while dancing! Thank you Zappos!! You’ve done it again!

This shoe is very pretty. I would have liked for them to work out. They may be wonderful to others in regards to comfort. I have had several foot surgeries and have not been able to wear dress shoes since. Was trying to find dress shoes that would work so they slipped on the heel for me but may be just wonderful for other folks. Thank you Zappos for your wonderful services!

This shoe was beautiful, but it was just a bit too long for my foot.

Beautiful shoe, well made, well padded, but not enough room in the toe box for me. The toe narrows to a point and squeezes my big toe.

I like these pretty well, but the heel part is pretty heavy and I’m not used to wearing heels anymore so it’ll be an adjustment.
