This is a dress shoe for me. I have plantar fasciitis. I have the same shoe in black and I wanted one in brown, to match different outfits. The brown is dark, which I like. Comfortable and supportive.

Great all around shoe and well made. I was seeing some notices that it's being discontinued so I bought an extra pair before they're gone. I'd like a tan (bone) pair too, but they already stopped making those.

I bought the same shoe in black a couple of years ago. I have problem feet and the perfectly fitting narrow width and great support have been a real blessing. I was excited to get the same shoe in brown.

I use these for work and I usually do about 10,000 steps in a 10 hour shift. Very comfortable and worth the money.

Great shoes for walking. Have had several pairs

Shoes were exactly what I ordered and they fit perfectly like a shoe that I already broken in. This is the third pair of 928s I have had a each has been perfect over the years.

I have a very hard foot to size, but New Balance always has great shoes that fit perfectly

Go to shoes for work , on concrete for the majority of the day and these shoes are very comfortable , My 1st pair of New Balance and so far haven't been disappointed

I balked at paying this much, but the shoes are well built and hopefully will last a long time

I needed more room for my toes and this style is great. Started already waering all day my first day. Thank you for roomy shoes in which I can put my commercial orthotics.

I have bad ankles and back problems. These shoes help greatly improve my stance and ability to stand for long periods of time. Only two things I wish were different, the length of the laces and the price. Other than that these are great shoes. This is my second pair.

I am very happy with these shoes. I highly reccomend them.

This product is good but very expensive

Looks and feels great right out of the box. Puts a bounce in your step while providing solid support. Excellent soft feel for speed walking. Firm grip on slippery winter sidewalks. For me, the best feature is that it comes in a narrow width, which is very hard to find elsewhere (and also, increasingly, at New Balance).

These are my work shoes, which consists of about 50 percent office work and 50 percent walking on concrete. I like how they look and feel. Zero complaints.

I hope new balance keeps making the shoe or an even newer versions I suppose that's possible without changing the basic character strengths of the shoe, This is my second pair and first pair being the gray suede, which was killer good looking.

My husband loves them. They fit properly and supports his feet.

New Balance is one of the few shoe companies that offers narrow width size 14 shoes.
