The product as received was that I ordered. Great shoes I have had one pair that has been an old friend for the last 16 years.

I use this product when I take long walks about every other day.

My husband says that these are the very best sneakers!

I'm a woman but I wear a men's shoe in a quadruple E. I can't do without this shoe but, like another reviewer, I'd love some color to spruce up the boring white and black. I bet a lot of people who wear this shoe are women who would appreciate come color

have been wearing this shoe in black, excellent, good support and stability. long wearing .. soles and uppers hold up really well. the beige color looks cheap with exposed edge on the vamp. my reason for returning.. not very fine finished workmanship. fits true to size..

I like the suede leather upper and that they are made in USA. Very supportive for my aging feet. I would prefer a more medium grey or slate grey-blue color and a more defined heel, but otherwise I am pleased with this rather expensive shoe.

These are my 2nd pair. They are so comfortable! If they are still available, I will get them again.

I mainly use these for walking everyday. This is not my first pair of New Balance shoes, third or fourth. First time going through New Balance. Very satisfied with these. I have had the same shoe In white and will soon purchase another in the near future.

I am enjoying the new shoes - I have flat feet, hammer toes and bunions. Having the option for wide shoes is great. The online site is clear and easy to use, the order process is easy as well. Delivery was quick and when i put them on, i was happy. I have been walking quite a bit and remain happy on straight surfaces, on local wooded trails and so forth. i will purchase from here again; the pricing is fair given the nice quality. The only "negative" is that they are not the most stylish compared to my other shoes - but I see this as a minor set-back.

These shoes are very comfortable and great walking shoes.

Break-in took a little longer than other non-leather shoes, but it's worth it. They're comfy now and sturdy. I've only had them for a month, so we'll see how well they hold up, but if they last me a decent amount of time, I'll be purchasing them again.

My husband has a hard foot to fit and these 928v3 shoes fit just right. He has no complaints. He wears them daily and they wear very well and hold up for usually longer than 9 months. What more can you ask for.

I have very hard feet to fit, due to a really high arch, and need for extra width. These are surprisingly comfortable shoes, and with the foot-bed removed, my orthotics fit well. They are easy to get into.

Shoe supports my feet with comfort and style. Uppers still look great after more than a year of constant wear and the soles are still almost like new.

This is my fifth pair over the years. The 928's are the best for support. I wear a 12 4E .

It's the best walking shoe. Period. With its deep toe box and close-to-negative heel, I find it comfortable mile after mile! And the tread grips well even on wet pavement! The only improvement would be to lengthen the tongue, which runs a little short.

Shoes are the most challenging item of clothing for me to buy, because I wear 13B. Even local stores with a reputation for a large selection have little or nothing to offer me. I first started buying New Balance running shoes many years ago, and have recently started buying walking shoes also. I find that as long as I order my usual size, they fit just fine and last a long time.
