I walk everyday to get my daily exercise so a great walking shoe is a must for me. New Balance makes outstanding shoes and the 928v3 is the best walking shoe available.

I would buy these 928 v3 walking shoes again and I believe this is my fourth pair. I first bought the 925 model and have kept buying this shoe through the 926 and 927 models and have several 928s. This model is perfect for me. The larger toe box, the anti-roll bars for my pronation, etc are great. New Balance is a company whose shoes I have always loved because I can get the wide widths. I wear an 8 EEEE. I work in Iraq and do a lot of walking on gravel and uneven terrain. These shoes are very comfortable and I have literally worn out several pairs.

Great shoe for problem feet. Narrow width and compatibility with custom orthotics make this an excellent choice. I have been buying these since the first version and likely will continue. Do not think I can find anything better on the market in narrow width.

I have a narrow foot and these shoes fit wonderfully. I can wear them with thin shocks and not have my foot slipping around. They provide excellant support for all day wearing. Wish New Balance offered them in various exterior colors or finishes

Having bought this same shoe twice before, it wears forever as I still wear all of them . It is true to size and the most comfortable walking shoe I have.

Walking, biking, general wearing around. I recently purchased a grey suede pair and a brown pair, I also have black, white, tan, and another older grey suede pair.I started buying this shoe several years ago when I needed custom orthotics, It has a deep enough depth to accommodate this device. I like the shoe as it looks and wears well, a value for the cost.

In all sneakers, I wear NB. I own 990v4 and this 928v3. I am an 11D in the 990v4, and 10.5D in the 928v3. If in doubt, call NB customer support to get their opinion on which size to go with. As far as walking in the shoe, it's like walking on magic carpet. I would suggest wearing a nice thick sock for maximum comfort and to fully appreciate the shoe. I replaced my current 928v3 after 18 months of wear (even after 18 months, the sole is in great shape and still provides support to my foot); the upper of the shoe is starting to show wear and losing integrity. All in all, if you get the right size and wear a thick sock, you should enjoy many hours on your feet. In fairness, these shoes are 'heavy' and they are for walking only.

Wearing hard plastic brace to support completely compromised arthritic ankle until reconstructive surgery. Wore tan pair when brace was fitted and therapist said it was the best shoe for the brace. Completely agree and bought second black pair for walking our dogs. Eighth pair of New Balance shoes, all of them great.

This recently ordered pair are the third pair of this model shoe I have bought. The recent pair were worn virtually every day for three years. I walk a lot and finally a wear spot was showing through the tread layer on the bottom of one shoe. The uppers clean up like new.
It may be presumed that I have really been pleased with these shoes. Your quick response and shipping are much appreciated also.
