love the shoes. i ordered 6e wide and thought i was ordering 4e wide. still like the shoe though

I have a very high arch and need a wide shoe to compensate for this. NB has the answer for this problem. Most shoe makers ignore those of us that have wide feet. Thanks NB.

I have a wider foot 4E and a very high arch. It is so difficult to find a comfortable shoe accommodating both these problems. New Balance is the only company able to accomplish this. I have used them for both work and recreation for years. The only problem I ever experienced was when my model and size was unavailable for almost 2 years. It appears NB moved their manufacturing facility from China to Vietnam causing unavailability. Keep up the good products Runs true to size.

My physical therapist commented that my new balance shoe choice was excellent. They are very comfortable.

Walk 5 km every morning. Very comfortable, great support. Replaced my old 660s. $10 cheaper than the shoe store and free shipping. Will buy again when I wear them out.

I have worn New Balance shoes for many years. Your product was my first choice for running shoes when I was a regular runner. As i've aged I stopped running and started walking for exercise. As an adult diabetic, I wear the New Balance 928 with diabetic inserts. This shoe is the perfect solution to my health challenges. Well Done New Balance!

The New Balance On-line service provided so many options for replacing my husband's Athletic Shoes. We found the exact shoe, which he loves for walking, in a different colour. Once ordered, the shoes arrived at our condo within 3 work days. The process couldn't have been any easier.

My feet are rather large and these shoes in 12.5 4e are a perfect fit. They feel great when I put them on in the morning, through the day takings 2 mile walks, and in the evening. They're so good that I a pair in gray suede, brown, and black leather.

A great seniors shoe. My orthotics fit perfectly and I can get my wide fit I so desperately need. Plain but a good solid leather shoe.

Shoes are very comfortable, in process of breaking in, for a trip that includes a fair amount of walking.

I have worn these for years and now my husband wears them also. They really helped an ulcer on his foot heal by keeping his feet aligned properly.

The 928 and the previous 924 shoes work really great for me. I've not been able to figure out an equivalent in the new shoe releases. Hope NB keeps the 928 going. I'm on my 5th or 6th pair in this series. Waiting for the 928 to become available in white again.

Awesome shoes I go with newbalance because I were orthotics for flat feet and over pronate

This pair is my fourth set of #928's. Comfortable out of the box, sewing and assembly is perfect in every pair. The sole surface lasts the life of the shoe. The little logo "Roll Bar" inserts in the sole surface have fallen out after a year though (on all 3 previous pairs) and the sole has needed to be re-glued on 2 of 3 previous pairs. A little adhesive is a small bother to keep my favorite shoe in working order as each pair progresses from Dress Shoe, to Casual Shoe, to Garden clod hoppers.

This shoe was just what I needed with a built in roll bar so my feet do not bend as much a normal feet do when walking. Surgery's on my feet have limited me and this shoe is a mirical for me! Lately I purchase ahead of time before I require to update them.
