I have used this specific 928 or previous derivations for over 20 years. I have tried other NB & other brands, but I always return to this shoe. I have terrible feet from being a nurse for decades & this is the ONLY shoe that I can take out of the box and wear all day without any pain or issues. Comfortable, supportive, incredible shoe!! Totally worth the money, especially if you have any foot problem. LOVE THIS SHOE!!

I had trouble finding these on all my usual sites, everything was back-ordered. Then I thought, why not go to the source? I was so happy. And the price was the same as all the other places.

True to size with cushioning for your heel and good arch support.

These are my essential shoes. I've worn New Balance shoes for many years. I have challenging feet. They're wide and need orthodontics. I love these shoes because they serve my medical needs and still make me look stlylish. They are my every day go to shoes.

Great fit , perfect for my orthotics. Colour grey matched all my outfits. Would highly recommend this great runner

Love the simple taupe colour and especially them being mostly leather, with little hard clean fabric included in the design.

Love these! So comfortable, and work great with custom orthotics or otc insoles. I own them in both white and black. They've helped me heal from plantar fasciitis and avoid future recurrences. Only wish I could still buy them from my LOCAL shoe store they have not been able to get any from New Balance in quite some time, so I've had to order online, directly from New Balance.

With the pandemic my exercise has been reduced to walking. I wore out my 813's and patch them with glue to keep going. Searching online I learned New Balance restored the wide toe box they always take away in version 2 in the 928 version 3. I ordered a pair, still a little worried because I have a history of always being too late to get the wide version. When they arrived, I compared them to my old 928v1 and they looked less wide. Then I put them on and they do have the room I need (after a failed bunionectomy). In fact I could wear them immediately which I don't think I've ever done before. These are my go to shoes now, and I hope I am not too late to order another pair.

I'm 71 years old and have been wearing the New Balance womens walking shoes for a lot of years. The stability feature of these shoes is excellent. I walk and hike a lot. They are especially helpful on slightly uneven surfaces (as cobblestones).

I just purchased my 4th pair of these excellent shoes. I need a wide size, which these are. They offer superior support, with a flat sole for easy stability. The inside of the shoe is smooth and comfortable, and they are light weight. All around excellent!

This shoe was recomended by my Doctor. After foot surgery I needed a shoe that would be compatable with my ankle brace. This shoe fits the bill! It is comfortable and works well with my brace. I would buy these shoes again!

I love these New Balance walking shoes. My Podiatrist recommended them, they come in wide widths and are super comfortable and nice looking.

I had pain on the bottom of my feet. But after I started wearing the 928 my feet felt so good. So glad you have shoes now.

This shoe is a lifesaver for someone with mobility challenges :) The roller bar provides the incredible support/stability that no expensive orthotics ever has provided! Thank you New Balance from an educator who can continue her passion of working and learning with students without pain :)

My feet have been painful for 30 years. For the past 20 years, I have only worn these New Balance shoes. I buy them in wide size 8. They have a high toe box which I need for my arthritic feet and painful neuropathy. My feet measure at 7.5 regular width. The size 8W allows enough space for my orthotic and no rubbing. They may not look right with a dress, but they permit me to walk nearly pain free. No other shoe does that. I am grateful for the 928! I climbed the Provincetown Pilgrim Monument in them.

I have been wearing this New Balance model 928 for many years. I have tried other brands and other New Balance models but none were comfortable. I need both a Rollbar and SL2 last which this model provides. I have been trying to buy this model in my size for a year and it finally came back in stock. I am very pleased with the fit.

I've worn the 928 shoe for several years. The shoe is well made, provides great support, has a roomy toe box, and, of course, looks good, too. I've developed a bunion on my right foot, so I've moved "up" to a Wide. I was so happy to discover that New Balance was making these shoes again after COVID.
