I have had plantar fasciitis and My Doctor recommended this shoe... NB 928v3 as a good shoe for me. I also use orthotics so I take out the inner pad and replace it with my orthotics.....I have bad feet and this shoe works great. my shoe size was 8 but now 8 1/2 cause of the Orthotics Works Great.

Our daughter puts in 10 hour days with toddlers and these shoes gives her the support she needs to be on her feet all day.

I've worn this shoe and its predecessors for 30 years. I love them. They come in exactly my size, 6.5 wide. I keep a dress pair and an everyday pair. So comfortable and neither my back nor my feet hurt. I love the bright white and I don't care when people tell me I'm wearing white after Labor Day.

I almost died when I found out this shoe was no longer sold. It is the most comfortable shoe with the arch support inserted (a FEATURE THAT SHOULD BE INCLUDED WITH EVERY SHOE SOLD)...charge more it is worth the painless wear.

i have worn new balance walking shoes for years. actually wore out a pair that i was using and bought a new pair!

I had a problem with the sizing. But a HUGE Thank you for having a choice of something other than black or white. As a woman cant tell you how nice it is to even have this grey/brown color. Just a break from black uggg or white (dirty). We all need a bit more color in our lives. I would return the size 11 but stupidly tossed the box before wearing the shoes in the house enough times to tell. It was then that I decided I needed a 4E size 12. Let me know if a return is still possible. Shoes only worn inside the house. Thanks,

Comfortable

I have been wearing this shoe for about 10 years now( maybe longer). It has healed my Plantars fasciitis so it is the only shoe that I wear every day. I too would love more colors. My favorite color is the tan/gray one. I would love a discount coupon since I have been such a loyal customer. I also recommend this to everyone I know who have feet or foot problems

This is the only shoe I wear! My doctor recommended for plantar fasciitis and I have not needed shots in years! Please keep the colors coming!

I've been wearing new balance sneakers for my job....(928v3) on my feet most of the day. Very comfortable. Worth every penny and I highly recommend them!

Very comfortable from the first day.

The first shipment of this model shoe was too small, though i have been wearing size 9.5 2A for years. Had to return them, order a size 10. NB customer service promised me a UPS shipping label, but when i got to UPS, they said what i had was not what they needed, so had to pay $30 CAD to return the wrong size shoe. So ZERO stars for sizing, zero stars for customer service and 5 stars for finally getting the shoes that fit and feel great. The laces are too long, so i cut them to keep from tripping on them. Still, the shoes themselves, feel great. It's that they are getting stingy with the materials, so order a half size larger if you need to.

Good support for walking and everyday use. Fit well. I did have to go 1/2 size up. Took out the inner sole and replaced it with my custom orthotics. Hope they last long.

Fits perfectly with no break in time. I always had trouble finding a sneaker that fits this well from the get go but this beats anything I have tried before. I also have a white pair for the summer months.

Very comfortable with my AFO. They help keep me steady when I'm walking indoor and outdoor.

The sneakers looked fine but I ordered the wrong size and returned them.

I really like the 928s, 1 reason is, I require a 'bigger box toe area'. I wish they came in more colors!

When I discovered these tennis shoes a decade ago I was able to stop my perpetual search for a good walking shoe. This is the only tennis shoe I have worn since. This purchase was my fifth or sixth over the last decade or so. I have flat, 12 AA, weak-ankled feet. I was always overly cautious walking because I would twist my ankles so easily. These shoes have a sole that spans the entire width of the shoe providing a broad walking surface. That broad walking surface has given me the confidence I need to walk freely again and is the main reason I love this shoe. The inserts can be removed and it has the extra shoelace eyelets that allow you different lacing styles. (The sales associate at the store showed me that trick!) Absolutely true to size when you have your foot size measured correctly in a shoe store. During Covid, the local shoe store I usually go to could not get these in in my size. Even now, they have not been able to. I found these at New Balance online and they were delivered quickly.

I wear these daily and have been buying them since NB was on the 926 version. Comfortable and stable, good traction on slippery floors, and all black so it passes in my business casual workplace. WHY IS NB DISCONTINUING THESE? Please keep making them!!

Love these shoes! My only problem is the laces are too long and I have to double knot them to keep from tripping on them.
