returned NOT HAPPY TO SHORT AND THE SIZE OF THE STONE WAS TO SMALL

I gave 2 stars because it is a beautiful necklace. I took off a star for the "silver" used. It is not sterling silver and I ended up allergic to the metal used. I took off another star for the price for the quality. I took off another star for having to keep turning the pendant when I wore it. I thought since the pendant was bigger it would not do this, but it did. I left 2 stars because the shipping was quick and it is beautiful. I was going to return but I have it to a friend that was not allergic to it. I wish I would have read the reviews before I bought this necklace.

When I first opened the package loved it but then I noticed the clasp was broken. Going to have to take it to a store so it can be replaced :(

I was not at all impressed with the jewel in it. It looked plastic and not like a ruby at all.

Not happy about the purchase because it was a birthday gift for my mom. Never bought her jewelry before, at first I wanted the coral color but then a few days later they said they didn't have it after I thought it was confirmed I put the order in. So whatever picked a different stone, then my mom got it and it doesn't even fit her neck and she is not a big woman. She said it was sweet, it's ok I can give it to my almost 4 yr old daughter to wear. Like what kind of sizes of necklaces are these? A waste of $60. Never ordering on line jewelry again.

Doesn't look like the picture. Not shiny and stone is cheap looking.

The product doesn't match the description or photo. The "gold" chain is silver. We called and was told by customer service our gold is not gold colored but slightly tinted silver. They Should update the stock photo so people know this before purchasing.

I love the look of the necklace, so cute and versatile I wear it daily. I also love the gold, I'm not a fan of very yellow gold this gold is subtle and nice. That being said, I've had my necklace for about two months now and the playing is starting to wear off on the chain, particularly around the clasp and the little logo thingy on the other end. Not too upset about that as it isn't really visible but I know in another two months it will be all brass and unwearable, which is disappointing. I can also see the brass coming through the playing around the prongs. Disappointing for a $60 necklace. I'm also very careful not to get the necklace wet or anything, and still it already looks like I've worn in daily for years, and it's only been the two months :(

I bought this as a gift for my granddaughter. She will be returning it as the stone is not mounted correctly(crooked) and the clasp is defective. I am very disappointed.

My daughter who is away in school bought me this necklace she was so proud to give this gift to me. She put it on me and said it the last ring.. This necklace isn't long enough.. It wears like a choker.. Won't ever wear it. Its a shame.

I loved this piece so much but it tarnished and turned. It was beautiful when I received it and I received several compliments on it. I've only had it a few months and it was a lot of money to turn in such a short time.

I never thought I would write a bad review, but unfortunately this necklace has eft me no choice. I recently bought Elisa Silver Pendant Necklace in Iridescent Drusy on May 22,2020 and on June 15, 2020 I wore it for a party and the next day it left me with a green neck. I'm so upset because this is my first purchase from kendra Scott and I been wanting this necklace. Also, I didn't wet the product so I don't understand how it gave me a green neck. Hope to hear from customer service soon.

I bought the Elisa gold pendant necklace about a year ago. After a short months of wearing it, it turned from shiny gold to a rusty bronze with hints of green. When I would wear it, it would stain my neck green! Now it looks dull, dirty, and very cheap. The materials that they use are just cheap which they disguise as "sensitive". I definitely would not recommend paying this much money for a necklace that ages like it is from Claires.

It's very short for a big stone I expected it to be longer. I got gold and it is almost silver. Kind of disappointing because the stone is very pretty.

When it came, it had a blemish right on front of the stone. I had to order another one. I'm glad I didn't send it directly to the person I'm giving it to! The second one came in ok. Someone should be assuring quality control before sending something like that out.

I got this for my birthday and was wearing it everyday, took it off to shower and sleep, but other than that it was great. However, the silver around the stone began to turn orange and soon the chain did too. I was so disappointed because I loved this necklace and I am hesitant on buying a new one.

Picture displays a very gold necklace. When I received it I thought they sent me silver by mistake so I contacted customer service. The rep told me that was their version of gold and if I exchanged it I would get a necklace the same color. Since I got it for Mother's Day I decided to just deal with the extremely silver with a faint tint of gold necklace. I wore it for the first time this week and the charm kept flipping up. Was expecting more for a $60 necklace

The chain is EXTREMELY short! So short I can barely clamp it around my neck.. And the actual color of the cats eye isn't spot on emerald.. it's has more of a blue look to it. I had such high hopes for this necklace because I've always wanted one. Only good feedback I have that it came super fast. It also came in a cute soft bag.

I bought this necklace as a gift to myself, I've been wanting this exact necklace for years and so I kinda splurged on it. Anyways, once I got the package in the mail I noticed my necklace was damaged as there are two chunks missing out of the stone. With COVID, I cannot return not exchange my necklace in person to the store. I have to send it back and return it and then buy another if I want it again. Honestly, just super disappointed. As a company, this shouldn't be acceptable... check the jewelry for damages BEFORE you send it out.

I purchased the amethyst necklace with a gift card I received for my birthday. I've always heard great things about this necklace so I was super excited about it! BUT.... when I received it in the mail it was VERY clear the "amethyst" was fake. It was clear it was some type of man-made molding and not an actual stone like I was expecting. It was very discolored and you could see straight through to the backing. There were also little air bubbles in it so it was definitely some kind of molding. For $50 you would think they would at least make it a little more realistic. Very cheap. Giving three stars because the chain did seem to be great quality. Just very disappointed in the main part of it.

Color is not purple at all like shown in picture. Looks completely transparent when outside in the light

The clear is not ideal for the stone choice...it looks like there is no stone at all and you see through to the back of the necklace. If you like the design behind the stone, you?re good. It just doesn?t shine or sparkle as I would have hoped. It?s still a cute necklace, but would pick a color next time and unfortunately was not allowed to exchange when I asked, due to having used a bday code.

I bought this necklace with the amethyst stone. When I received it the stone is almost clear and just barely has a purple color to it. That would have been alright but with the way you can see through it to the backing of the pendant makes it look really cheap and almost like it?s plastic.

Cheap material the silver fades and the hook broke

My daughter bought this for me for my birthday in January. It was My first KS necklace so I was very excited. It was really pretty at first but I noticed the necklace was looking dull last week. Today there's a green ring around my neck from the necklace. The rhodium has worn off and the copper is showing through. Pretty Disappointed in the quality.
