I was expecting a very deep, vivid abalone. Instead the colors are more pastel. I am afraid that my daughter is going to be very disappointed as the whole reason she wanted this necklace for Christmas was because of the colors.

I bought this necklace after seeing so many others wearing them. It's a beautiful necklace that can go with any outfit. The second time wearing it I noticed that the chain broke away from the pendant. I'm very careful with my necklaces and it never snagged on anything. For the price I paid I would not expect it to break after the second time wearing it.

I had gotten my daughter the necklace for her Birthday .Only a few weeks ago. She has found it when wearing it leaves a dark residue Wear the necklace chain hits. She doesn't wear in the shower.

I love the size stone but the chain is too short it chokes me. I didnt see size of chain on order

I returned to to dullness. It literally looked like I had received a used necklace. Not shinny at all. I have purchased them from other sites and they've been gorgeous! I have a multi one I've have almost a year now and it was in better shape than the new one. Maybe I just got a defected one?!? Not sure! Will still sport my other Elisa necklaces and maybe I'll try to reorder another in the future in hopes that it is held up to the high standards it should be. My 3 stars is based on the product I received and returned, however others I have received have been 5 stars??????????

It looks a little more "costume-y" than I expected. Still pretty.

I ordered the Elisa pendant in the color abalone shell for my friend and online it looks like a dark blue space like color, but in person it's a light blue with brown veins and not at all how it looked in the picture. Thankfully she liked it anyway.

My daughter picked this particular one out , so I got us matching ones. Obviously it is the "latest" thing. Very pretty . I googled the info about the iridescent drusy as I had never heard of it. It actually means "healing". Which is cool because my daughter is a nurse. I feel like it would have been better if that info was available at time of ordering it given the many choices. Also I had to google how to clean it, as it loses its shine after a couple of days of wear. I suggest including info about the meaning and care of the stone . Otherwise very pleased

The necklace is beautiful, and I have received lots of compliments on it but it tarnished quickly.

Bought for my daughter's bday. This is the second Kendra Scott necklace I have purchased for my daughter. So far it looks nice, but hoping this one doesn't tarnish like the first one I bought for her. The stone is beautiful, but the chain looks cheap and assume it probably is cheap since the first one tarnished only after a month of wear and it looks like a piece of junk you'd buy at a five and dime store. Hoping this one lasts a little longer.

I do like the design of the necklace, however it is too short and the extender makes it wearable but the necklace constantly needs to be readjusted. I see this is almost all the reviews, Kendra Scott should really look into solving this problem. I do love the necklace but for the price and it is not even real silver it should be wearable without having to constantly readjust it.

This was my first Kendra Scott and I was very excited about it. I love the color of the iridescent drusy, it's sparkly yet subtle. Heads up, this necklace will get dirty very fast and the stone will not be as white and seem a little bit more dull. I was very disappointed when I noticed that the front part of my necklace had begun to tarnish and was very noticeable. I got in touch with customer service and after letting them know what happened and sending a few pictures, they were very nice about exchanging it as a one time thing. I have since then purchased two more silver Elisa necklaces, one in a black stone and the other is a platinum drusy. I would give 5 stars if these necklaces were sterling sliver instead. They're not crazy expensive but I feel like for $50 dollars or more they shouldn't tarnish.

I bought this necklace for a girlfriend that I have been friends with for over 20 years. Every holiday and birthday she hits the nail on the head with my gifts and I feel like I always struggle with the perfect gift for her. This time I nailed it! She loved the unique necklace as she had not heard of Kendra Scott(surprising to me as she is always up in fashion) Thank you so much!!

Disappointed to find out I was buying two necklaces for my moms birthday and I could have gotten 50% off for her birthday month but I was not told of this offer until afterword other than that pretty happy

I think my niece is returning it because she wanted it to look more pink like the picture.

The color of the stone was a very dark purple. The online color doesn't look as dark. We exchanged it for another color. We are super happy now.

I bought this for my daughter's 16th birthday. The inset is not as dark as shown online, it is more silver in color. I was disappointed

This is my first Kendra Scott piece, and I don't know if I'll be buying anymore. My necklace tarnished in about a week or so.

I bought this necklace thinking it would be the light purple color it is in the photo, but when I received it, it's a very dark purple. I love the necklace itself, so I plan on exchanging for a different stone color. But be careful if you plan on ordering this because mine looked nothing like the picture.

The necklace is beautiful and made very well. It lays on my neck nicely. I only gave it theee stars because the stone is not exactly ruby colored ... it's more of a bright fire truck red. Still pretty but not ruby.

I really love the necklace! The silver color is a perfect neural for everyday wear, but the chain to this necklace is way too small. I have to wear it on the last link, and it is still a little tight...

I ordered this necklace as a Christmas present for my granddaughter. When she opened it the clasp was broken or it never got inspected before being released as a product. Otherwise the design is beautiful.

I bought this necklace to match the earrings I bought first, so disappointed when they were not the same. Next time I will either buy them together or not at all.

I was disappointed in the size it turn out to be. Picture made it look like a perfect size but it turn out very small.
