I purchased similar boots not even a year ago and they're almost completely destroyed. I have been loyal to timberland and in the past have had different boots that were still good up to 2 years of hard, every day use. They were similar to this pair except they are a 6' alloy toe. They are light and easy to work in. However my problem is that I switched jobs and work a less intensive position and the boots didnt make it a year. Not feeling too confident in timberland anymore

I work in a material department and cover a lot of distance in a day. I wanted to support a Nh based company so I went with timberlands this time around I previously wore redwings. So far they are the best Looking and most comfortable boots I have ever worn they are just not holding up 4 months in to wearing them I am half way through the soles and lost a chunk off he back (wish you could add photos) and the insole is coming apart I'll be looking for new boots by june all other boots at least made a year.

Nowhere near waterproof,Comfortable boot. however if you step in an puddle your foot is soaked. Useless in my line of work. I have had several pairs of timberland shoes and boots. And this will be the last pair aswell. Oh and the dealer I bought from didn't care about the product. Boots less than an year old and junk.

I bought this product for almost 5 months now. The whole bottom is gone. It smells very bad and it's not comfortable how they described it. I'm really disappointed with timberland Bc I always shop from them.

Shoes came in used! , with scuff marks and stains. I have no idea how this could pass quality control

Purchased Safety Toe Waterproof work boots for work. These were uncomfortable right from the git-go. Took them off to find the inner lining of the right boot was not adhered to the rest of the boot. Returned item for a refund. I can only hope this was a single incident and not an ongoing quality control issue.

Bought these being told how great they were and all this. They are pretty comfortable, but the little orange stuff from the sides was coming off after a month and now the end of the toe rubber is coming apart which well is all connected as its wrapped from bottom of the boot. Meaning no more boot. These aren't even worn for much manual labor, maybe 5 hours a week and the rest im driving around meeting clients and simply walking properties. Not so happy with them.

I work in a warehouse and after 3 months of use, 4 -5 inches of sole just broke away from the bottom of the boot, from the toe half to the heal. Poor quality.

These boots turned out to be horrible... the soles are starting to fall apart after 5 months. The leather is cracking as well. The top of the boot near the area for the laces I have black marks that will not come out no matter any cleaner I buy from timberland. So disappointed in the quality of these boots. I have timbs over 10 years old and only issue is obvious staining from work, the seams etc or just as tough as the day of purchase.

I purchased these boots and wore them for a little over a year. For that year and a half, I wore these boots for 25-35 hours a week as a part time car detail technician. This basically meant that any chemical, soap, and a lot of water was at some point on the boot. I spent every two weeks cleaning and reconditioning the leather of the boot making sure to get every nook and cranny so i didn't have any excuse if the boot failed on me. To my surprise, the left side near the sole of my boot ripped. It wasnt even that the adhesive or the glue failed, the leather or whatever this boot is made of actually ripped. I really enjoyed these boots for the time I had them but since then I have been turned away from TimberlandPro.
My recommendation: If you have a little bit of money to spend on boots, save up a little more and buy a quality boot from a more reputable company. MOST IMPORTANTLY, take care of your boots using the proper recommended care procedures and products.

They were awesome right out of the box. Two months into my new PRO Helix HD 6, the orange part of the tread started falling off. That night, I contacted TImberland live chat. I was told, no problems, just send them in. I figured, no sense to letting them go to waste. So, I boxed them up last week & sent them in. Eagerly awaited my new boots. Tonight, my old boots, came back. "The boots are more then 12 months old". I told them in August they were falling apart. they were only 2 months old then. Maybe they just don't remember me. I'll clear it up on live chat. Lucky me, same guy. Now he says, they needed to be "processed inside the 12 months". I am 30 days to late. Nowhere on the website, even in the fine print, does it say this. So, they make it sound, like they stand behind their products... but, wiggle out of warranty. It's hard to believe good products & companies still exist.

I work in the oilfield along with most of the people in Midland-Odessa. I bought these boots in July and started using them in August. By September 10th, pieces of the sole were falling off and the leather had expanded (which is to be expected to some degree but this was more than I've ever seen) over a half size in all directions. Returns are impossible with Timberland though they were gracious enough to replace the boots, it takes 2-4 weeks, in which time I have no boots to work in. I had to buy new ones and now I'm stuck with these expensive paperweights.
These boots are not fit for actual work environments despite the claims on the site. They are moderately comfortable but can't hold up to even mildly adverse conditions. These boots are all show.

Had these boots for 6 months and heal seam started to come undone. Contact warranty dept. They claim the have a 12 month warranty. Paid $15 to have them shipped back to Timberland. Received the boots back with a letter stating warranty ONLY covers manufacturing and material defects. And that my boots weren't covered because they show "normal" wear & tear which is NOT covered. Spoke to 2 people in the customer service department who stated that the seams of the boots coming undone after 6 months is NORMAL!! Will NEVER buy Timberland again!

I have been wearing these boots for 2 months on a construction site. I work 8 hr days in hot weather walking many flights of stairs and on uneven ground. The anti fatigue doesn't do anything for me, my feel are sore and tired even after half a day and now I have numbness in my toes of both feet.
