3rd pair of boots and always of the same issues. Had it exchange 3 time
The quality really sucks now.
Quality control of this company is horrible.
Customer service at the store also horrible.
Every time I sat sent them back I have to pay about $40 for shipping and then how to pay taxes to get them back.

Timberland does not support their product when there is failure. Their Customer Service is Terrible! My soles fell off after only a few uses and Timberland said "too bad"!

This was a Christmas gift for myself from my wife and I had to returned them because one boot was hurting my foot, I went to an outlet store to return them, the guy hesitated but he did refund the money on a gift card, after that I bought them online 3 times and I had to returned them. Boots came color faded, scratched, last pair came with a black stain and you can tell that they try to clean it. Timberlan team, I have picture if you're really care about quality. Finally, looking for a premium store where I can exchange this boots personally, I called another outlet store (I did not know it was not a premium store) in Orange, CA., sadly, the guy from the store after I explain my problem, He responded: "You won't get a perfect boot", I called customer service several times, but no help, the only thing that they can do for me it's help me to place my order again, and hope you will get a clean pair of boots.

I've been using timberland pro for more than 6 years, never had a problem, really good. My problem started when I decided to buy a Premium Boot, I found scratches on both both, color was not even, light color spots around toe area, I tried to make them disapper using a brush, from this cleaning kit that I bouthg at timberland store but they dis not go away, insoles on both foot were not in place, I had to put them back in. Not a good experience.

I have more than 1 pair with the same issue and I sent it back to timberland and they sent it back to me. You can see clearly they don't care. The boots were worn 3 times. Not even 1 scratch. But you can see through the sole from each side. Good thing I took pics. That still doesn't help.

Shame on you Timberland! Year after year making your boots lower quality.
Been buying them for 15 years, I'm finally done! $200 for premium boots (full grain) left pair with light luster and the right one is totally flat! Inserts aren't like before!! Totally cheap with a stitch in the middle that digs in your foot arch as you walk and it's flimsy piece made of horrible material!! Even the inner part of the boots isn't made as is was before!!
Is that you business Timberland??
Will not recommend your boots any longer to any of my family or friends!!!

Great construction on the boot itself. I went by the guidelines offered when selecting the size. Unfortunately, the wide size feels like a regular sized boot.

I had Timberlands for almost 20 years. The quality of the boots have gone down. The I would have boot that lasted for years. Now I own 3 pairs and in 4 months the finish of the upper boot wears away even when treated with the complete cleaning kit with eraser, brush, cleaner and protected. The suede look will fade and the front of the shoe near the toes will crack. The company has really went in the opposite direction. They are now boots that are best left in the box for display. Not for wearing. I definitely will buy another brand for this kind of money.

I purchased size 101/2 for my grandson. They were too large for him. I called to see how to return for exchange. I was advised to purchase new pair and return the original pair. When I returned the original pair, it was returned to me stating the shoes were used. This is so untrue. The shoes were new when I purchased and still new. He only tried one shoe on. I had to send pic in for review. Note I purchased the shoes on 11/8/2017, and it is now 1/1/2018 and still not reviewed for a return for my refund. Note I have now purchased two pairs which I do not need. I have never had this happen to me and hope it doesn't happen to anyone else.

Made purchase at Timberland.com thinking that's the best place to purchase Timbs. Well it's not! Both right and left boot had scratches and glue marks, very apparent. Aren't the boots reviewed before shipping? Dissapointed.. as these were a Christmas gift, no time for exchange. FULL REFUND AND WILL PURCHASE ELSE WHERE.

Bought these boots for christmas gifts. They wore out and split across each boot, in the crease where the boot bends. Useless now after 5 months. Not waterproof anymore. Very disappointed.

I was so excited to try out these boots as its starting to be rainy season, and for some reason finding quality construction is so difficult.
They are very sturdy, quite stiff. I was surprised to see after a day of walking to work and grabbing groceries I had a ring of bruise around both legs where the "cushioning" at the top of the boot had been. Also there were spots up my leg that were bleeding from where the eyelets had rubbed into my foot and leg. Its impossible to lace them up all the way because the laces that come standard are too short.
I cant even return them because they've been worn. i'm out over 200$ and super disappointed.
