Clompy, loose, and gave me blisters on top my making my feet look like Herman Mumster's. I honestly had high for these, but I'll definitely be sending them back and expect a full refund.

Unfortunately these boots are complete and utter trash the quality from timberland has drastically diminished I have a pair of converse that has been in the same work environment as my 6" timberlands have been in and my converse after 3 years are in better shape than my timberlands after 6 months they will not honor the warranty so I bought a pair of Danner boots and right out of the box you can see a massive quality difference of youre looking at timberlands STOP and go to Danner's site and get a pair of proper work boots these boots didn't even deserve 1 star but I couldn't submit without putting one up

Three of the buckles that hold the laces in place popped out of the boot the first time I tried to tie the boots. Three... I tried to send in a warranty, tried to call the help line, tried to leave a voicemail, numerous emails... and was told to wait my turn in the cue. It supposedly is a standard turnaround time for their warranty department to respond at a minimum time frame of THREE WEEKS for not a resolution but a response. That was a month ago. For a company like Timberland I am perplexed by this level of customer service.... Don't waste your money and don't even attempt to get some level of customer service assistance. I acknowledge that some products can come through being defective.. what I can't accept is how horrible the customer service/level of response has been. I was told during my last conversation to not expect any level of expediting because it's a busy month for them..

These boots had a special "cork" finish around the top. The cork rips easily away from the suede. Not made for outdoor wear.

Terrible product. Very uncomfortable and hurtful. My ankles end up in pure flesh if I wear them, even if I don't walk too much. I've looked online and notice this is a common problem with these boots. Now I have wasted a lot of money on boots I can't wear. I'm literally using normal shoes that get wet and cold in the rain/snow rather than those boots. I would literally walk barefoot on the snow than wearing this product. Don't waste your money! I'm never buying anything from Timberland again.

These boots looked like they have already been worn. Rocks were on the bottom of the boots and the boots also hard a lot of black marks on them.

I bought these boots for my 14 year old son. They are far too delicate to withstand the weather elements of New England. In addition, he wanted to use them to work on various outdoor projects and they were not a good fit.

I brought this boot online, the boot looks so good and fits with my size. The major flaws i experienced is that it hurt my ankle. I walked on snow for 30 minutes, i never had such an ankle sore with other boots. Also it slips on snow. I am confused if i should keep or return. If i wear it in my work place for 8 hrs the ankle sore may worsen. The price of boot so high that it does not match with its comfort on wearing them. Disappointed.

I bought this boot as casual footwear for going out when it is cold, snowy and icy outside. I hate cold and wet feet. I have two pair of Timberland pro work safety toe boots that I like quite well and thought these would be like them. I was totally wrong. First and foremost, these are not good for traction and stability in snow and extremely dangerous to wear on ice, the outside sole cleats are too hard. I tried to cross a snowy and icy street with them and they have absolutely no grip and I almost fell, kinda like walking with a smooth sole on a dress shoe, slick as snot. I got back home and changed shoes to my old Timberland Pro safety toe work shoe and they walked on ice and snow 100% better, like night as day. Another thing is that I need to wear two pairs of socks to keep my feet warm with them and the in-soles are not padded much at all. I wish I could return them to Dillard's, but Dillard's return policy states that I can't since I have worn them.

these boot are too big and too heavy. what is the point of offering half sizes if you have to order smaller than usual. they are uncomfortable and way too stiff. very disappointed to have to return them, but that is what I am doing. suggest adjusting sizes or do not offer half sizes and just tell folks to order down.

I expected a little courtesy from Customer Service as I paid almost $400 for two pairs of shoes, but was met with the same response every time I contacted them concerning my order. Canada post said Delivery date unavailable up until Tuesday which then said Tuesday end of day, then Wednesday & Thursday end of day and now says Yesterday end of day. Narvar tracking initially said Monday Oct 21, and now does not provide any delivery date. The customer service emails just keep on sending me my tracking like that's going to answer all my problems with my order leaving me to deal with it myself. Will Never Recommend shopping online for Timberlands to any friends or Family. Maybe to people I don't like but yea. My experience has been far from good.

Timberland should offer smaller sizes in men's boots. Timberland would make more money if they did. If you have a smaller foot you have to shop in the Junior section, were the make your own boot selection is significantly smaller and the only decent looking boots in the general juniors section have a zipper. I just want the same boot in men's but for my size foot.

I finally did it, I ordered my first pair of Timbs and when they arrived they were scuffed up in the box and it was noticeable. I talked to some friends and family who already have Timbs and they said the yellow boots scratch and scuff so easily, my friend said his has all kinds of scuffs and my mother said hers scuff with the slightest rub on something. I'm picky and can't see my self wearing scuffed up boots that cost over $200. I sent them back to timberland.com and the process was a hassle be advised, they put you on hold to talk to people as if you are lying and they tell you 100x the boots can't be worn, giving me the impression they probably try to deny refunds a lot. It's been over a week and no refund to try and get another pair. Also they will not send you a different size if you want to change sizes you have to wait for the inspection and then wait longer for a refund. For a first experience I can't say I recommend getting the boots from the company direct as my customer experience thus far is bad.

Bought a pair last year do a lot of walking in all kinds of weather. In the rain feet got wet every time poor waterproofing that don't work. Then the soles separated had to buy glue to try to fix that then the hole To laces popped out. It is the worst quality boot I have ever bought hands down.

Bummed out. I typically like to try on a new product in a store, to not be disappointed in the fit. My wife convinced me to buy them online because I already have (and currently wear) 2 other pairs of Timberland boots in US12. I order these boots in US12, but were an least a full size (or more) too large. I had to pack them up and send them back (that part was pretty easy). I'm sure they are nice boots, but I was too disappointed and too unsure about buying the next full size down.

Boot flap was defective kept moving to the side for one of the boots. The return policy is really bad at timberland. I returned the boots with the return label that was sent with boots within the 60 day return policy period. It took 2 months after constantly calling timberland about the status of the return. They kept saying they will look into the matter and I was told a supervisor will look into this matter and get back to me. No one neither contacted me nor I got any return refund nor the shoes!

Ordered a custom pair of timberlands. On the website where you design and place your order for a custom timberlands, they do not disclose their recommendation to order your boots a half size down, so I ordered my true size and they are somewhat larger than my actual foot size.
After having multiple conversations with both customer support representatives and supervisors, they acknowledged that the disclosure, recommending to order that particular style boot a half size down is not on that part of the website but requested that I return the boots the have them measured by their quality experts and if they are the size I ordered, they will just ship them back to me, as is, without making any accommodations to address what is stated on there website are lack there of!
Requested to speak to someone at their corporate office and everyone including the stupidvisors, told me that they don't have corporate phone number and they handle everything at customer support.
Horrible customer support team and supervisors, terrible customer service!!!!

Timberland does not back their products and their Customer Service is Hideous. My shoe's soles fell off after only a few uses, Timberland days "too bad" they're over 12 months old. Clearly a case of adhesive failure!
