This is my second pair of these shoes; they held up well over more than 2 years of regular wear. They look great with pants and are very good for both walking and commuter biking. They have a firm sole but a cushiony removable footbed that can accommodate an orthotic, which I use if I plan to walk distances of 3 miles or more. They are waterproof but not insulated for warmth. They run *very* large: I typically wear a 38 in Euro sizes, but found the 37 too large in these, so I swapped them out for 36, which is on the short size in length (I wouldn't mind an extra mm or 2 there), but fine in the width and slightly loose in the heel.

Wore to work first day I received them. My feet never got sore. Fit great. They are true to size. Would buy them again. I wish they came in more colors.

I got these shoes because I have achilles tendonitis. I have been wearing Crocs for years, which I think may be the cause. I needed a shoe with heel elevation and support. These are the BEST shoes I have had in years! So comfortable and stylish to boot!

These shoes are fantastic! I'm recovering from five ankle surgeries and had been relegated to athletic shoes for the last six months by my physical therapist. I'm visiting Paris in winter so was attracted to the waterproof Dansko Patti. It is so well designed and conformed to my fit within days. I feel secure and sure footed and love the protection and look!

Woo hoo! Since I was told I have arthritis on top of my feet, I've been stressing about what shoes I could wear that didnt hurt. Dansko was on a pediatrist's list of shoes good for over pronation as well. As this is my first pair of Dansko so I cant compare to other brand styles but OMG do love these shoes! No break in time, instant comfort and no pain. After I take them off, my feet dont hurt for like an hour. Very pleased I tried Dansko and cant wait to try other styles as well.

These Danskos are the best! I had a pair for 8 years and walked 5 miles in them the first day I got them in New York City! So I am ecstatic that Zappos had the same style of Danskos now. Will wear them everywhere!

As with Dansko's Paisley, I have to order this shoe a full size down from my normal size 8 (38-9). I ordered the 37 and it fits perfectly. My Dansko Paisley is the most comfortable walking shoe I've had so I thought I'd try the Patti for work, since I'm on my feet all day. Patti is like magic. Normally I feel I have to get off my feet by 3 o'clock, but with Patti I can work all day and into the night with total comfort and support. Thank you, and my feet thank you!

This is at least my 4th pair of Patti shoes by Dansko. I love them even though they are not inexpensive. I wish Dansko would make more shoes with this heel, rather than their typical clog heel, which caused me to fall enough times that I had to stop wearing them. I think they called this a sport heel, and it is a wonderful, safe, supportive shoe. More, please.

Love these shoes. I wore them for 18 months every Day at work. I finally broke down to by me a new pair. Great support, waterproof, skid resistant and durable!!

A great everyday shoe!!

I love these clog like sneaker sole slip ons. They aren't as heavy as clogs but similar style. They have a sole and foot bed that gives support that is energizing as you walk; a great casual shoe. Quality construction using a well-considered formula for ease of walking quietly; mobility enhancing.

Excellent fit. Have arthritis in my ankle and felt a difference in my ankle support immediately. Very stylish

I’ve worn Dansko shoes for many many years and although I certainly do try different styles of shoes, I find I always come back to them. I have multiple issues with my feet and I find these shoes are the fit of Dansko’s plus a somewhat different look, and a lot more cushioning than the original Professional clogs.

Fit pretty good-a bit short as I am a 10 but it still works—larger size would not have fit. Extremely comfortable and attractive

My second year wearing these - Waterproof, comfortable - good support. Last years pair did stretch a bit but i can still wear. These are my go to shoes to run into the garage - take the dog out as well as going to the store or doing errands. I’m a sixty something gram - have had bunion surgery on both feet. I don’t like anything above my ankle and these are a good option to boots for most Michigan days. I really like these Dansko’s. A lot

Great replacements for my old, worn-out Dansko clogs. I tended to roll my ankles in them, and these are just enough lower to have (thus far, at least) solved that problem. My feet and I a very pleased.

These are Danskos and I feel like they are meant to fit like a clog. Different thicknesses of sock are easily accommodated in the shoe because of the looser, clog style fit. I also like the the grippy Vibram soles. I think the shoes will be safe when the snow starts flying whereas most Danskos are pretty slick on the bottom. This is big ++ for me, living in snow country. They are not the most beautiful shoe in the world but my feet feel good in them.

Love Dansko and they are impossible to find in my size. They are the most comfortable shoes (and I own several styles) ever made!

I love Dansko shoes. This idea may not be for everyone, but I have a genetic condition in my spine. It is difficult, if not impossible, to stand straight. However, With Dansko shoes, I have no problem. I own 5 pair. They last for years. These look and feel as good as all my others.

Sad! I Really liked these shoes, but I’m returning them because the are too long for my size 5.5 feet. Feel like a size 6.

I bought the Dansko Patti because my hairdresser wears really good shoes, and I thought this was the Dansko she was wearing. It wasn't, but wow, what a great mistake I made! I love them. I'm a senior, and my feet have been achy every day for the past month or so. I always wear good shoes, (thanks Zappos), but I suspected most of my shoes are now a bit too soft or flexible. Not horribly, but I think it's time for something more rigid. Well, I wore this shoe all weekend, and did not have to change shoes in the afternoon or evening, like I've been doing due to aches. And my feet didn't hurt at night. Although there isn't really anything special about their looks, they really deliver in comfort. Support is moderate. Run slightly large. I wear an 8 or 39 in most all shoes, but a 38 is perfect. The stickiness of the rubber sole is excellent! I walked on lots of landscape river rocks, and didn't have any trouble. They will be handy for cooler weather, being waterproof. They are slightly warm, being waterproof, but not in a bad way. I run cold anyway. The Patti is a very pleasant surprise.
