Shoe appears well made, beautiful brown color. Sadly even though this is the same Dansko size I have worn for 15 years, shoe was too tight in instep. Length was correct for size but my nice arch was too high for the top of shoe to fit comfortably. This style did not come in the narrow width I usually purchased so was a little concerned shoe might be too loose. Surprised that the medium was actually too narrow for my foot. Would suggest purchasers consider going at least a size up in width. Dansko needs to correct there sizing. A nice shoe if it would fit your foot.

The width was true. The toe box was a little tight, but not so much as to cause a problem. It came down to whether or not I loved the shoes and I decided that, while they are a decent pair of shoes, they didn't achieve the 'love it' status. I wanted shoes that fit well, were comfortable and would look good with a skirt. These didn't enhance the look when I tried them on with a skirt.

I am usually a 5.5 but Dansko sizing was 5.5 - 6. The shoe felt fine but was a 1/2 size too long so the heel had a large gap. Probably very comfortable but not for me.

I usually get wide walking shoes, but the wide in these didn't fit and slipped up and down. I have these in the regular width and they are okay.

I found the shoes attractive and roomy in the toe box but too large in the heel. I walked out of the heels with each step. I opted to return them.

Between a 38 & 39. Ordered a 39 and they were too big and wide. Due to issue with being too wide, I didn't exchange them for a smaller size.

The fit and sizing is fine. I need to wear shoes that accommodate bunion issues and these shoes do th.

This shoe upper did not meet the top of my foot, which is often the case for me. Sandal straps are always loose. I suppose the thickness of my foot is not average, together with a low arch. The shoe was well made and fit length-wise.

I really enjoy these shoes. They are just dressy enough, and I suspect I can even wear them on stage in my orchestra concerts. Comfort and safety is just essential, with the state of my feet and knees. I would have preferred a little more arch support.

I have worn Dansko shoes for years. This is the first dress shoe I've tried. I'm on my feet a great deal and still prefer the professional clog shoe for its great arch support. Having said that, I would purchase these again. For a dress shoe, they are attractive, the leather is nice and gives which I need for my bunion. The arch support is good and I still wear my custom orthotic along with the insole in this shoe due to having plantar fasciitis. I'm considering purchasing it in another color. The more I wear it, the more i like it. I'd recommend the Dansko Franny.

This style is sleek and the shoe is very well crafted. I seem to be in between sizes, or maybe it's just that the toe box in the 41 is too shallow for me.

Love these shoes. Super comfortable and stylish. Feels like I’m not wearing shoes. Great for work, being on my feet a lot.

Fit good width was a little wide

These are comfortable shoes. Kind of boring but does the job.

The fit was great. I did remove the insole that came in the shoe, and added one with more support. My only complaint about the shoe is a bad squeak when I walk.

The support is okay. I am on my feet all day and these are moderately comfortable.

Loved the shoe, however, after wearing them a few times the left shoe started to "squeak". I will be returning and getting a new pair, as I believe int eh Dansko product and this was a one-time defect I hope!

Shopping for some loafers for fall/winter wear, I really wanted to love these shoes. The leather is fine, the fit and support were good except that it was a struggle to get them on. The top of the shoe comes up my foot quite a long way and there is little give and a shoe horn was needed to get the shoe on. Once on it was comfortable but I don't want that struggle every time I want to wear them. Sadly, back they go.

Cute style. I wanted to love the shoe as I have worn Dansko for years. Everything seemed to work after I sized down a half size, but when trying them, my right big toe joint seemed to start hurting, so I knew they wouldn't work. I wanted them for work dress, but the search continues...

I liked the style and fit of this shoe, it's flexible. But I have plantar fasciiitis and still had to put a shoe insert in it to support my foot. I decided to return this shoe because for the price I thought it should be more supportive without me having to add an insert. For those who are wondering, It comes with good supportive inserts (just not enough for me) that are easily removed.

Attractive and comfortable out of the box. I bought a size 41 even though I normally wear a 9 1/2 or 10, but I do wear them with socks.

unfortunately, i have issues with my feet so trying to find a shoe that is gives me the support i need and stylish and fit is difficult. i like the look of the shoe but wasnt sure it would be the shoe i needed for traveling and walking a distance.

Dansko shoes usually slip off my heel, but this shoe was a perfect fit. It was very comfortable. I ended up returning it because I need something a little more stylish for city trips. It looked good with skinny jeans but not with dress slacks for work.
