This is a nice quality shoe. The leather is nice, and the buckles are real buckles. The fit should be good; there was enough room at the end of the toes and at the heel. There is good arch support. But there is something about these that my foot would slide to the inside edge and my big toes would hang off the inside edge. If just standing, the feet are where they should be, but they slide when walking.

I have two pairs and I LOVE LOVE LOVE these sandals!!! They are so comfortable and as the straps stretched out, I just tightened them. Had mine for almost 10 years, I believe and they're still in great condition! Gave it 4 stars because it's quite pricey or I would buy more.

The shoes are cute. I have achy feet most of the time. Sandals are hard for me to find. These sandals didn't seem to have the aech in the same place that my foot's arch is.

I think these are really cute sandals. I love the red patent leather (lipstick color). The footbed is cushy, not hard like a Birkenstock sandal. I like the very low wedge bottom. I have done everything I can think of to get a pair that fits me. I am usually and 8.5 or 9. I wear a B or medium in roomier brands like Merrill or Keen’s, a C or wide in narrower brands. I tried an 8.5 wide, 9 wide, and 9 medium. The sandal is short, the back of my heel hangs off even the 9. There is also something odd about where the toe loop (formed by cross-crossed straps) holds down your foot. It feels like your foot is being pulled to the inside. I am going to return the 3 sizes I have and will try the 9.5 medium if it comes back in stock. Given the price of the shoe, I do want this to fit well.

I started out getting a size 8 l/2 because someone wrote that they ran small. It was actually just the opposite for me. Then I ordered the 8, but I didnt like the way there was part of the shoes that showed past my toes. So, I ordered a 7 l/2 and it just didnt fit me properly. My foot slid. I am so sorry Zappos, that I have to return these shoes. I truly wanted them to fit.

Well, this will be rather long. When I read some of the other reviews, a few people said they went larger than what they normally do, so that's what I did with the first pair I ordered. I usually wear a size 8, but went with the 8 1/2 because of the reviews. I not only felt that the 8 l/2 was too big, but I went down to a 7 l/2 in the wide and it fits perfectly. The only thing I didn't like (but someone else did) is I don''t like having the sole of the shoe go past my toes. But, some people do. I did get the wide, and they run very wide. I don't know if this will be of any help to people. They are very cushiony on the heel which I was looking for because I have achilles tendonitis.

I'm a little torn with these shoes. They're cute, they have good arch support and are super cushy to my foot. They fit well, but feel a little "wobbly". There's no real heel here but for some reason, my foot just doesn't feel secure even though they fit just fine. I'm going to keep them because they do mark off all my boxes and I needed a sandal that wasn't black. I doubt I would spend this amount of money on a shoe again that didn't fit and feel absolutely wonderful.

Beautiful sandal (lipstick color) with comfortable foot bed. However, the toe strap bothered my foot and the heel was almost extending over the sandal. I have noticed this with a lot of SAS sandals, even those without a toe strap. I am a 9.5 size, medium and the sandals feel smaller and wider. Returning it.

Really great shoe. I think this shoe is great. It is a cute shoe and very comfortable. The moment I put them on they felt comfortable. I wear a size 12 and the width and length were both great.

I really, really liked these sandals, expensive, but very high quality. I'm sad that the shape just doesn't work for my foot, especially since the arch support was wonderful. While the overall length would have been fine, the toe post was too far back for me, leaving extra room in front of my short toes, and leaving my heel over the edge in back. Any longer in the front would trip me up, so I am returning them without trying a larger size.

High quality shoe. Attractive. Buckles allow for adjustment in width which is good as I have a narrow foot BUT they felt heavy to me.
Since I wear a size 11, equaling BIGGER SHOE, that may be a factor. I'm accustomed to crocs sandals and they are nearly "weightless"

First the shoe: great shoe and extremely comfortable contouring footbed. My flat feet fit nicely on it. However my big toe wanders towards the other toes due to my bunions. This caused extreme pain on the toe as the toe strap did not have much give. If you do not have bunions but have flat feet then these shoes will be a dream.
Now the company: After the first few minutes of trying these own I knew they had to go back. I emailed the company and they promised a return authorization that never came. I sent several emails and the customer service reps were quick to respond however they were not successful in getting the RA to me. Finally one kind hearted service rep emailed one he created for me. So back they went. Obviously the company isn't on its game on returns but their product is pretty awesome

Too wide, otherwise perfect. My normal 6.5 M size fit but is too wide in the toe box. I don't typically have to order a narrow and if this came in narrow I would absolutely exchange for N. My foot does not look like my foot in these. I purchased for a trip to Italy this summer, which involves walking 5-10 miles each day. The shoe is very lightweight and very comfortable. I had been in my Birk's all day and these felt so much lighter and easy on the joints while standing on the tile floor. I have been wearing them each day to break them in, but I don't think that's necessary. While they do have adjustable straps, there is nothing I can do about the toe box. I will keep them because they are comfortable and light, and enjoy the trip regardless.

Very well made. Just haven't figured out the right sizing yet. The toe is held in place by a criss-cross of two leather bands. But I have short toes so there is a lot of space at the toe and it means I have to get a longer overall size because my heel hangs out. They are so well made and have great support for entire foot.
