normally toms are ridiculously comfortable and are perfect right out of the box, but these ones are super stiff and rough, and the material is actually cutting my feet. i tried wearing them with bandaids on the sore spots hoping i can soften them by breaking them in, but i went back to wearing my old worn out beat up pair.

The fabric around the border of the foot is so rough and stiff my skin bleeds. Can't wear them even for the shortest time. Bought them on sale so I cannot return them.

They do not fit at all although I ordered the size I normally wear. Because they were on sale I was unable to return them to you so I am simply out the purchase price of 3 pairs. Very unhappy!

Are these kids sizes? Is this a show for Cinderella's stepsisters? Wow! I wear an 11, purchase both 11 and 12 in Frida styles and they don't fit at all! Majorly disappointed. Not like normal TOMS.

I bought three pairs thinking the sizing would be consistent with the same style however they were a half size too big and they are not returnable.

I was looking for a black shoe with a hint of gold. This shoe is like a 5 year old glittery shoe. This is after I purchased the other black shoe that was actually blue. Very disappointed.

This is the second pair I have had to return because of the lining being sewed so that it created irritation on top of the foot and at the heel. Very disappointed. Will not buy online again have to try them on in person and I own several other pair

These do not fit as my other Toms do. the front vamp comes up too high and rubs against my foot. Very uncomfortable to wear.

These were once my favorite shoes. The ones I just purchased are very stiff and uncomfortable. I got blisters after first wear. So disappointed that you have changed theses once great shoes,

I wore these shoes once and they rubbed my heels raw. Toms customer service has been terrible to deal with trying to return these shoes. They claim there is no one to talk to on the phone to return.

I've been wearing Tom's shoes for many, many years and always enjoy the comfortable simplicity of the canvas shoe. The new versions so disappointing I immediately returned them. The canvas is stiff, and the padded insole is uncomfortable. The cut of the shoe has changed, making the shoe rub against the bottom of the ankle. So sorry to see this product leave my wardrobe.

I am a teacher, and I am wearing my Toms for the first time today. They have ripped, and I have not caught them on anything. I was so excited to wear them today. I hope I can get them replaced.

Style is cute. However fit is terrible! I wore them for the first time today and they rubbed the back of my ankles bloody. I’ve never had any other shoe do this. So disappointing. Horrible shoes.

I love Toms but I recently purchased the Black Moroccan Crochet style of TOMS Alpargata CloudBound. You can't tell from the picture but this style has a thick seam on the inside of the shoe that runs across the top of each foot to attach the crochet part with the covered part. The seam rubs against the top of my feet and created a blister. They are very cute and I want them to work so I have been wearing them around the house over socks for the past two days to see if that will stretch and loosen the top seam. So far not so good, the seam is starting to aggravate the tops of my feet through the socks. If you have delicate skin, I would not recommend this model of Toms. I would return them but I waited a long to try them on and I think it is too late to return them.

The Hibiscus lace version of this shoe is truly beautiful. However, it feels like it was stitched too tight across the top of the foot. I own several pairs of this style in Toms, and the size 8 has always fit perfectly. Since I love this fabric, I tried to order a second size 8 and an 8.5, to see if I can find a pair that fits my foot. However, the web site won't let me. Perhaps because they are on sale now? What's up Zappos? I loved you before you were bought out by the "evil empire". Wish you'd stop playing games and just let me buy shoes. I love the shoes, however Zappos gets zero stars for failing to sell me shoes when I have money and have been supplied with a product of questionable quality.
